Great location in the city, clean and comfortable

Easy to walk to most places downtown with no issues for me!

Fair hotel.. Good price.. There’s a Mc Donalds very close.. The room is big.. Beds and pillows are comfortable. Good breakfast.. I’d stay again..!

Good location at reasonable price. Rooms clean. The only issue I had was with the plugs. I had to charge my phone in the bathroom. And the fridge was missing. People at reception were very nice and accommodating

Something very strange about this hotel: As a very frequent traveler all over the world, I have NEVER see staff treating client like ****. The manager Laura is clearly ******. I was trying to do my check in but I had my DL stolen. I ask her if they can do something, bc I had the credit card and also debit car used for book. She was GROSS. I asked for the manager in order to try something (I ask to go to my room then find my wallet and go back after shower). She gave me attitude. And also she left the front desk leave me talk to myself. At the end she verbalize. “I don’t need you here”. I was about to call the police. But I was in Dallas for work and no time to waste with this kind of people. CROWNE NEEDDS URGENT TRAINING THOSE PEOPLE IN FRONT DESK. Obviously I’ve asked for my money back and leave the hotel. Curios thing: I’ve mentioned the situation. With other people in person and many of them said “CROWNE DOWNTON DALLAS HELL NO”.

Had to rebook a hotel room last minute and stayed here. Room was really clean with the prettiest view

Very good. Clean and hygienic. The location is convenient. It's right in the city center. It's convenient to do things. It's convenient to live around. It's also close to the light rail and subway. We arrived at 11:30 in the evening. The journey to the hotel was smooth. We will stay there next time.

The hotel service is very good. I arrived around 12 o'clock in the morning and was able to check in as requested. The front desk was very welcoming and the luggage could be left at the front desk after check-out! 4.8 out of 5.0

It is a central location where you can walk to the area where Kennedy died. If you take a bus to Texas, the terminal is a short walk away.

The room is so small that there is no soap! The water in the pool is so dirty you can't swim at all. Breakfast is not a buffet, and the portion is very small, and the parking fee is 20, which is not very good.

The hotel is in the city center with an excellent location. We live on the 15th floor of the hotel and it looks beautiful from the window But the hygiene situation is worrying, and I saw Xiaoqiang moving on the coffee table😣 The whole person is not well...
