Our stay would have been 5 stars, but Corey the bartender on the first floor was absolutely the rudest person I’ve meet in the F&B industry. Management needs to coach up this team member. He’s obviously frustrated with his career and probably needs a new start in a different field which isn’t guest facing. Besides the negative experience with this Marriott employee, our stay was up to Bonvoy standards for this level of property.

What a beautiful place. The staff are wonderful, curteous and polite. The Executive Lounge ranks among the best. Amble parking spaces. The hotel situated in a great area and is walking distance to everything. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again. Good job JW Marriott.

This is a fairly new hotel with GREAT OLD FASHIONED customer service. Our stay was AMAZING! They know how to make sure everything is taken care of. From the time we valet parked our car, checked in with Bruce, had Tesafaye help with our bags, and got to our room to find a sweet birthday surprise from Yadira. Toshira in the executive lounge is incredible. She’s like a ray of sunshine in this KRAZY world. I will always use this hotel for my stays in Dallas. It’s close to everything but quiet enough to rest. Kudos for a job done with excellence.

Recently stayed at the JW Marriot in the Dallas Arts District and just absolutely loved my room and the views of downtown were absolute stunning! The pool on the 11th floor was such a vibe with a great place to hang out with children or a loved one. Margaret’s food was superb and absolute delicious and the service was phenomenal! Everyone from the Valet to the front desk staff is courteous and kind and willing to help! Room service was prompt and delicious as well! Can’t wait to go back I highly recommend your next stay or business trip make it at JW Marriott.

Impeccable staff truly makes a hotel stand out as an amazing cut above the rest! This JW Marriott Dallas Arts District does it the right way. If you are fortunate enough to experience this hotel please be sure to try and speak with Zach and/or Yadira! I hope that management takes a look at these reviews because these two members of the team are jewels, outstanding in hospitality to say the least! I recently stayed here to celebrate an occasion and the entire visit was nothing short of miraculous! This JW Marriott is a newer property with extremely nice amenities like their fitness center and executive lounge with iconic views of downtown Dallas. You can witness beautiful breathtaking views of sunrise as well as sunset from the rooftop bar area complete with outdoor heated pool with plenty of seating for many. The staff here is what makes this hotel truly something exceptional. I was greeted with a warm smile and offered complimentary bottled water each time we entered the lobby of the hotel which in Texas one can really appreciate this gesture as it goes a long way. The upgrade to one of their Museum Suites for our elite status was a very nice surprise as well as the charcuterie board complimented by bubbly! I honestly cannot find anything bad to say about this property. The navigation of the hotel could be slightly challenging for some as the entrance lobby and bar is located on the ground floor. You will then travel to the 11th floor landing area to get to the main elevators that will take you to your hotel room however this where even more magic happens! Margaret's Restaurant and Bar is located here along with the meeting and event space this hotel boasts all leading to the outdoor scenic bar and patio area for a nice unwind. We will definitely be back to stay again. Thanks again Yadira and Zach! You have earned another loyal guest!

Fantastic hotel and staff were wonderful! The hospitality room is something you have to experience! Got upgraded to the museum suite. Everything you expect from JW and more. I will be back! Bathroom included toothbrushes, mouthwash, shower cap and sewing kit. My ambassador welcome gift was most exquisite.

This is a very nice hotel in a very convenient location. I stayed here for three nights on a conference rate, but based on my ambassador status I was upgraded to a corner room with a great view. The room was big, quiet and well appointed. Lots of towels and nice toiletries, a small fridge and lots of bottles of water. The gym is big, bright but has dust bunnies so it needs a good cleaning. Also I’d love to see a couple of peloton bikes. The lounge is also big and bright and the staff is friendly and attentive. They need an ice bucket out all day, more soda selections and also some variety in the breakfast offerings which were the same every day. Other JWs have omelette stations, breakfast tacos etc which would be a nice addition. My key stopped working on two different occasions. The front desk is on the ground floor which requires taking two different elevators to get to so that was annoying. Also I’d like to see them require a key to access the hotel room floors as it’s an important safety measure. The restaurant is good, we ate here twice, and also the coffee shop. WIFI was fast and easy to access. I’ll definitely stay here again.

Brand new hotel! Stayed for the weekend and planned on just finding places to walk to or a quick uber to and this hotel met those needs. Rooms are spacious. Two "new to me" perks in a hotel - water filling stations on each floor and motion activated night light in the restroom!! LOL! It's the little things! The hotel is in an office building so as others have said, you enter on the ground floor that has a front desk and bar. You then take an elevator that goes to the 11th floor and you must get off to take a different elevator to your room. The 11th floor has their restaurant Margaret's and the skybar Vincent's which wraps around to the pool area. Pool area is very small so I can't imagine what it will be like during the summer! The 12th floor is where you'll find the Executive Lounge and gym. The gym has everything you would need for getting a workout in while staying at a hotel. With our Marriott status, we were able to enjoy the complimentary breakfast as well as happy hour bites, although the beverages at the happy hour are on the honor system and you are asked to fill out a form so your room can be charged accordingly. Breakfast is what you would find at a typical higher end Marriott. Very attentive staff both days we stayed there. Breakfast consisted of eggs, sausage, bacon, oatmeal, breads, meat, cheese, fruits, muffins, cereal, really nice custom coffee machine, juices. Happy Hour bites were chicken and waffle bites, veg samosa and Korean egg rolls and some other items like mini salads, cheeses, meats, veggies/dip. The second night consisted ofchicken puff pastry, stuffed mushrooms, and bacon wrapped apple bites. All the bites were really nice and the staff did a great job of replinishing with hot bites. Again, we stayed here to walk to places. Klyde Warren park on a Saturday had several food trucks and a farmer's market set up. We also did the Katy Trail and grabbed lunch at the Katy Trail Icehouse. Just downstairs and outside from the hotel is 400 Gradi, Italian restaurant. HIGHLY recommend this place!

So you enter on the first floor and need to take an elevator to the 11th floor after check-in to take an elevator to the rooms. That would be the only challenging thing about this hotel. The hotel is very clean and modern landing on the 11th floor is the restaurant, Margaret, the pool, and a coffee shop, all very well appointed and comfortable. We were fortunate an upgrade to what they called the museum suite, it was spacious, very clean and super comfortable. The hotel is less than six months old so all of the bedding towels robes have that fresh feel barely used sense to them. The staff was over the top, especially Gregory in the lobby. I do not think as we came and went. He did not greet us with a giant smile and a welcome back. The elevator was waiting for us before we got to it Justice at the bar as well, was friendly and prompt, and able to make solid suggestions about food and beverages. I would say the only downside and this is minor as it is in a beautiful place was the executive lounge the breakfast was pretty lackluster. They did not have butter for toast only more orange marmalade for jellies. We will definitely stay here again when we are in Dallas.
