The hotel looks very nice and is in a perfect condition, the staff were very helpful and the manager helped my girlfriend to prepare a gift for our anniversary - this was much appreciated!! Whilst we enjoyed our stay very much we had one issue during our stay at this hotel - for the first 3 nights they did not allow the air conditioning to be turned on, this meant our room was very hot as our stay was at the start of June and temperature is hot in Dalian, this disrupted our sleep a little. The air conditioning was turned on for our last 2 days which was a relief. Overall would recommend this place for anyone visiting Dalian.

It is recommended to choose a villa room in the suitable season, the environment in the courtyard is very good, breakfast is convenient. To be honest, the indoor facilities are average. Walk for more than 20 minutes from Dalian Station South Square. From here, walk to Youyi Square subway station for 10 minutes. You can walk for a few minutes to Nanshan Road and Qiqi Street, but there is nothing to visit, many stores have closed down. Take a taxi to Dongguan Street for 10 yuan. You can walk past the Qingniwa business district.

It's very clean. The landlord is also very nice. The twin room I booked was changed to a family room. It's very close to the subway station and the price is moderate. There are a large group of pigeons in the square facing the subway entrance. I was very satisfied with my stay.
