First of all, I would like to complain about the poor location of the hotel! The surrounding area is shabby and there is no good food. There is a building materials market next to it. Many people’s comments about the good location are fake, right? The second complaint is that the house is small and the design is poor! The washbasin is in the living room, with straight edges and a flat surface, so there’s water all over the floor after you wash your face! You will fall down in no time if you wear disposable slippers in the hotel! I have pictures to prove it! I don't know who was in charge of the decoration. The bedside table is so simple, like a small stool that can be moved around at will. The mobile phone always falls to the ground. The design of the bedside lamp is also very bad! Very low, always banging your head! There are often problems with the room card. It cannot be used before check-out time. In hot weather, you can only wait at the door. The hotel customer service said that maybe the person walked too far with the room card and came back like this! Oh my god, this is the first time I hear such a statement after staying in dozens of hotels! The hotel has very small windows, and the outside is extremely dirty! All in all, the experience is super bad! Super bad!

Our room was upgraded at the reception to Suit Room for free because we traveled with kids. The hotel is very nice, the design of room is cozy and relaxing. The stuff is really friendly, there was manager who spoke in English very well. He was professional and very kind. He made our stay comfortable. Chinese breakfast could be improved and include some European dishes.

I stay in many hotels on business trips, so I rarely write reviews unless I have a bad experience. Today's review is the most serious one I have ever written. 1. The hotel is located near Dalian Station, with convenient subway, bus and dining. 2. The interior decoration of the hotel is very new, and the hygiene is in place. At least I saw it was clean. The breakfast is not the best in the hotel industry, but it is also rich (the room price is there). The only disadvantage is that the room area is small, which is my personal opinion. 3. Because the room is small, I may not choose to stay in the same price in the future, but the service attitude of several girls at the front desk adds a lot of points to the hotel, making people feel very comfortable. Their service attitude is the main factor for me to continue to choose to stay next time. Special praise for a girl with glasses. The location is great, very close to the subway entrance. The room is very clean. The front desk service is very good. Takeaways can be delivered by robots. The bedding is also very comfortable. The price/performance ratio is very high. You can choose this place when traveling.

Located about a ten-minute walk from the subway, and close to one of Dalian's major shopping malls, this is a decent pick for a downtown stay. Nice enough, quiet at night and with fairly standard rooms and breakfast. It's not the most modern building though, and we had some minor issues with the plumbing. Staff were quick and helpful when we let them know though.

Location is perfect to reach anywhere and also so close to metro station. Service is great too.
