__WeChat341802****From August 22nd to 24th, 2025, I had the pleasure of staying at the Dalian Midsummer Garden Hotel for three days and two nights. Luckily, the hotel had just been renovated, and the amenities were impeccable—absolutely first-rate, elegant, dignified, and comfortable! The surroundings were also fantastic. Just 1.8 kilometers south is the Conch Square at Fujiazhuang Beach Park, a perfect spot for swimming for adults and a great place for children to play in the sand! From Fujiazhuang Conch Square, it's only three bus stops to the south gate of the Forest Zoo. From there, walk along the coastal wooden boardwalk along Binhai West Road for about two kilometers to Dalian's Xinghai Square! By the way, you absolutely have to walk that boardwalk!
But I want to highlight the hotel's exceptional service and quality. It's truly a heartwarming and loving place! I remember clearly that around 1:00 p.m. on August 22nd, two of us, both in our seventies, had just arrived and checked in. When the hotel manager learned we hadn't eaten yet, he immediately instructed the kitchen to prepare two separate lunches for us and delivered them to our room! They also kept reminding us to call the staff if we needed any help! From the moment we checked in, we were met with such warm, thoughtful, and attentive service, like a spring breeze and warmth! Over the past decade or so, I've traveled from Ruili Port in Yunnan to Hailar in Manzhouli, Manchuria, and Northeast China, from Jiangsu, Shandong, Henan, and Anhui to Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Fujian, and Jiangxi, from Sanya in Hainan to Gulangyu in Xiamen. Of all the hotels I've stayed in, this one left the deepest impression, the best, and the most heartwarming! I sincerely give Midsummer Garden Hotel a thumbs up!
