Kaishi Hot Spring Resort

I booked a family room deluxe suite. The room is spacious and bright, and the facilities in the room are pretty good. The service attitude of the front desk is good, the room service is average, and the hot spring indoor and outdoor are very comfortable.

The environmental service is very good, and I will come again next time. It is a very good hot spring hotel, very comfortable and quiet, and the surrounding air environment is also good. The room is very big. The buffet breakfast is very cost-effective. A very good stay experience. Hygiene: very good, environment: comfortable, service: enthusiastic transportation: convenient.

The atmosphere in front of the lobby is rejecting people, you can never find anyone in the guest room, the hot spring reception is impatient, only the staff in the breakfast restaurant have a gentle tone and a smile on their face. The lunch buffet is unclear. There are only two hot dishes for breakfast. The fried rice and noodles tasted passable. The hotel facilities are really old, and the hot spring water is not changed every few days. It really ruins the good environment around the hotel.

I booked two deluxe king-bed rooms and got two standard rooms for me. I went fishing at five o'clock in the morning and threw my room card directly at the front desk. Halfway through, I remembered that I had left my raincoat at the hotel and wanted to pick it up in the evening. I got a call from the hotel at noon. I thought Tell me that my raincoat was found. Who knows why I am missing a room card? Yours is an electricity card. It is wrong to question it without checking it clearly. After staying in a hotel for so many years, I have been asked about the missing room card. One, when I asked about Raincoat, I didn’t know. No one answered the call at the switchboard at night. Please focus more on service.

硬件非常不錯，酒店環境挺好，水很乾凈，就是總感覺差點意思，主要問題還是出現在服務上，服務人員都很好，就是人少根本忙不過來，感覺突然節日人多了措手不及的樣子，客房走廊漆黑，不開燈，小朋友害怕，長者看不清。浴區的浴巾用過的和乾淨的管理上有點瑕疵，真要遇到較真的估計也沒處投訴去，根本沒有管理人員，總的來説性價比還行，孩子玩的挺開心。

攜程上訂的時候看評分4.1分，有點不太相信。因為看起來酒店建在山上，環境非常好，大廳看起來也挺氣派。於是決定去一探究竟，房間裏衹能説中規中矩，衞生間沒有打掃得很乾凈，馬桶蓋上有明顯的尿漬。酒店基本上就是周邊居民泡澡的地方，重點來了，這麼大酒店沒有小童拖鞋，小童牙膏，晚上我們在酒店的餐廳吃飯，點了一道風味茄子，菜盤有點大，所以在我們吃一半的時候要求服務員給換裝到小一點的盤子裏，服務員説我們這都這麼大的盤，我們不是衹點了一道菜，睜眼睛説瞎話張口就來，很給力。然後她當著我們的麪把菜直接到在那種客人吃飯的小餐盤裡，轉身走了。晚上帶孩子泡温泉，説9點關門，我們7點半下去的，沒到8點呢，服務員都下班了，想給孩子買個泳圈，找不到服務員。第二天早餐那更是極致，500多一晚的住宿你好歹能給個麪條或者餛飩，然而並沒有。更甚的是9點半閉餐，在8點40多的時候好多菜沒有了，我以為還會繼續上，然而並沒有，下面有照片為證。後經客人再三要求才又上菜。早餐小碗餐具全是油漬，沒有洗乾淨，食慾全無。因為臨時決定泡温泉所以要買泳衣泳褲，無論一層還是負一層的商店都是無人營業，鎖門的狀態，最後工作人員從儲物櫃中拿出幾個讓我們挑選，極其不正規。至此4.1分真心都覺得給高了。失望透頂，是五一出行入住六個酒店中，性價比最差服務最差的一個，沒有之一。
