The experience at this hotel was good my daughter was so happy with the Balala fairy room she enjoyed herself so much, and many thanks to **** for checking up on us as we left the hotel, we loved the atmosphere the breakfast was absolutely amazing and the F&B manager went out of his way to make sure that we sat comfortably and we were served exceptionally well, whenever we come back to Dalian for our next vacation this hotel will be definitely be one of our choice among the many hotels that we will book 😀 I enjoyed my stay, and the reception stuff was very warm and friendly, the bed was absolutely comfortable considering the we traveled for well over 16 hours from our city. I definitely had a relaxed night. My husband rested well, and he was at ease.

I came to Crowne Plaza Dalian Sports Center again. This time I brought my kids out to play. I didn't expect the hotel to have a new children's playground. The environment was good. My sister had a lot of fun. There was also a claw machine, and I caught one! The front desk service was still in place. Overall, the experience was very good!

The FO team is enthusiastic and professional, check-in is efficient, and the room upgrade is a surprise. The room is spacious and bright, facing the sports center. The hotel is also close to the Rainbow Lighthouse attraction. The hotel also has a children's playground. I took my children to play for two days and was very satisfied. It felt like home. I highly recommend it!

The introduction of Dalian attractions is very detailed. The sports center is next to it, and there is a small door in the hotel that leads directly to it.
