位置很好，到對面就是發現王國，裏金石灘沙灘走路不到五分鐘，老闆態度很好，退房落下了耳機，老闆還問是不是給郵回家，房間住着也舒服。老闆推薦去金石灘醫院附近吃飯，那邊實惠一些。網上搜了一下去了一個很小的小吃部，沒有門臉，菜真的很好吃，還實惠。

乾淨衞生，設施都是品牌的，二樓有大露台，可以晾曬衣服，離海邊和輕軌站都不遠，吃飯也很方便，周邊很多飯館，我們總共住了4晚，前台老闆人也不錯，有求必應

我們是來大連旅遊因為都説金石灘這邊好玩晚上還能看煙花就過來了，剛到還找不到酒店給老闆打電話後發現就在跟前，結果發現我訂錯時間了訂到第二天了老闆説沒關係可以修改，然後老闆看我們是來玩的為了讓我們有好的體驗還滿分給我們升級了房間然後給我們了一張遊玩攻略。在大連的感受就是大連確實是旅遊城市但是每個人都很好商店的老闆酒店的老闆還有本地的路人都很好很友善，如果大家來金石灘推薦來他家價格很實惠而且就在發現王國對面離海邊還很近，不到五分鐘就可以走到。

設施：設施新🆕，床🛏️很舒適，睡一覺很解乏的，而是房間足夠大
衞生：衞生好，一次性的馬桶套也很方便
環境：離金石灘的沙灘🏖️，金石灘站，發現王國，魯能温泉都不遠，都可以步行達到，而且附近飯店超市，外賣都很便利
服務：老闆很熱情，六一小童節還送了小朋友禮物，還免費🆓給升級了房型，體驗感很好👍、下次還會去的～
