這家酒店的衞生條件確實很好，屬於把上世紀80年代的裝修風格近幾年重新裝修了一遍，但是確實很乾凈，房間裏的地毯很乾凈，孩子住一點不用擔心。酒店自身不帶游泳池，大人帶小孩去游泳，需要出門去旁邊的大連阿爾濱水上樂園，房間給兩個大人免費，孩子需要付費，無法做到無限次想玩就玩，當初選了這家是因為大連阿爾濱水上樂園的衞生條件確實很乾凈。但是這個水上樂園有一個奇葩的規定，就是必須穿着泳衣濕漉漉的去玩自帶的淘氣堡，孩子洗乾淨了換好乾凈衣服不讓去玩。後來經過大人與水上樂園管理層溝通才同意穿着乾衣服去玩。經過這麼一個來回，自然孩子也不想去玩這個奇葩的淘氣堡了。總體來説，水上樂園還是不錯的，制度上還需要完善，多考慮考慮客户的需求，人性化管理。

酒店附近有沃爾瑪，步行十分鐘到，還有商業街，感覺不錯。

번화가에서 조금 떨어져 있고, 오래된 4성급 호텔이지만 친절하고, 조식이 괜찮았습니다.
아쉬운점이 있다면 세면도구를 칫솔, 치약만 주는 점이 안좋았습니다.
면도기, 머리빗 이 있으면 좋겠습니다.

感覺破舊了點，好多年沒裝修了吧！裏面的設施都是十幾年前的了，應該要更新了，不然就被淘汰了，住宿還要先交200元按金，這模式太老套了！需要改革和翻新了！
