臨時預訂的一家酒店，是一個特色房，帶浴缸的一個特色房，來的稍微有點早，但是也在兩點之前辦理了入住，提前來的有空房就幫我辦理了提前入住，還是挺貼心的，房間感覺面積挺大，沒有窗户但是也不悶。還有一個大大的浴缸，想要續住但是第二天浴缸房沒有了，房間也挺乾淨的，前台回覆的也比較及時，設施基本都算齊全，住的都還可以沒有什麼太大的問題。有機會再來感受感受，酒店的位置還是很好的👌

酒店坐落於星海廣場馬欄河邊，步行到海邊的話大概五分鐘。離其他景區也很近去動物園海洋館都很方便。樓下可以直接導航定位。服務人員們很熱情，有問題都可以儘量解決。房間温馨舒適也很乾凈總之是一次不錯的住宿體驗。

特別驚喜的一次體驗，酒店位置很好找，就在星海廣場附近，停車方便，房間價格也不貴，酒店的裝修環境很有特色，很多小景和裝飾，還可以免費穿漢服拍照。
酒店前台效率很高，辦理入住很迅速，總體來説是一次很滿意的體驗，下次有機會還會再住這裏。

住了兩天的酒店，感覺還是挺不錯的，會提前給我打電話，發位置，還會提醒氣温。到酒店之後，發現酒店的風格挺好的，是也沒住過的古風風格，也會給推薦遊玩的路線，晚上也會詢問需求。住了兩天感覺挺好的，主要是服務都挺貼心的，還會有咖啡熱飲，房間也很乾凈，感覺都是用心打掃的，該有的設施也都有，自己出來玩兩天都在在這兒住，確實不錯，推薦一下。

酒店位置很好，挺不錯的，就在星海廣場裏面，下樓就是星海廣場，去哪也都很方便，而且現在來大連真的性價比超高，比夏天便宜太多太多啦，真的很合適，位置好，房間乾淨整潔，住的舒適，基本設施也都齊全，而且前台接待也很有禮貌，會發各種提示，就很貼心，有機會是一定會再來的~

非常不錯的入住體驗，先説優點：
1、地理位置非常好，酒店也很有特色，緊鄰星海廣場旁邊，交通出行非常方便，去各大景區都很近；
2、酒店房間打掃很乾凈，服務也很到位，之前旅行住別的酒店的如果連續住幾天的時候，有些酒店為了省事基本都不會主動打掃，這家酒店都沒有提醒，每天都主動收拾，非常不錯；
3、住店期間發生了門鎖壞了的問題，酒店前台和負責人的處理方案及流程也非常不錯，這點要重點表揚；門鎖壞了刷不了卡，找到前台後，先是安排到其他房間休息，安撫客人情緒，然後又道歉送早餐，退房時間也延長了，這才是酒店服務行業標準的應對措施，比一般五星酒店的處理效率都高。
忘了拍房間照片，就貼幾張酒店附近環境的夜景吧。去星海廣場很近，總之是一次很不錯的入住體驗，下次如果來大連還會選擇這家。
