HOtel with big rooms, clean bathroom, white fluffy towels and the hotel staff are friendly and helpful. Good to stay here. I like how big the rooms are. Even comes with a wiriting desk. And over room overlook the Russian street. We didnt use the metro in Dalian so am not sure where the Metro is. Taking the taxi from Dalian Railway station to this hotel is RMB 50. Only about 15 mins to get to the hotel. If one like nice quiet atmosphere, this is the hotel to stay.

Good location on the Russian Street. About 15/20 minutes walk from Dalian Railway station or the Dalian Railway station Subway.
The carpets could do with some cleaning though.
They want cash. Make sure you get a receipt and keep it. The receptionist asked me for money on checking out and I showed her the receipt as proof I have paid.
P.S. Google map does not work in China. Download MAPS.ME. Also download Wechat - you text in English they translate to Chinese and vice versa. I used Dear Translate for voice translation.

這次入住芙蓉國際酒店，真的是我住酒店以來最糟糕的一次體驗，必須曝光一下，讓大家別再踩雷！
第二天中午，我們剛準備出門遊玩，打掃房間的工作人員就來敲門詢問是否需要打掃，我明確表示需要，並特意將用過的浴巾和浴袍放在洗手枱，方便他們更換。結果工作人員直接把浴袍掛回原位，當我詢問洗漱用品不是一天一換嗎，他竟然反問我“穿一下就要換啊”。我強調打掃標準，他才不情願地説要換就給換。
晚上回到酒店，眼前的景象更是讓我火冒三丈。放行李箱的地方放着疊好的浴袍，一次性拖鞋沒換新的，洗手間的紙也沒更換（入住時的紙早已用完）。我立刻打電話給前台，前台工作人員態度惡劣，對於忘放紙的解釋是服務員忙忘了，補一個就行；還説一次性拖鞋需要單獨跟服務員要。我詢問浴袍情況，她堅稱是新換的，可當我質疑為何放在行李箱上時，她表示不清楚要問服務員，還問我是否需要更換，這不是明知故問嗎？我讓她給出解決方案，她説會答覆我，結果直到退房，浴袍沒換，也沒人給我任何答覆，洗手間地上的頭髮依舊在，完全沒有打掃。
除了這些服務和衞生問題，酒店的洗浴體驗也極差。洗澡水忽冷忽熱，冷的時候能把人凍得打哆嗦，熱的時候又差點把人燙傷 ，完全沒法好好洗澡。本以為花錢能住得舒心，結果全是糟心事，這家酒店衞生不達標，服務更是一塌糊塗，對客人的合理訴求不管不顧，以後我是絕對不會再來了，也提醒大家慎重選擇，別被這家酒店的宣傳騙了！

衞生：房間乾淨，洗手間，浴室，毛巾很白軟又舒服，地毯也乾乾淨淨。
環境：酒店大堂有好看的綠植，綠色植物盆栽很清新，還有甜品🍧星巴克咖啡，坐下來喝杯咖啡，讓人心情愉悦。
服務：酒店服務很熱情，進門幫忙開門，提行李箱，很有禮貌的打招呼。
周邊：酒店門前是美術館，俄羅斯風情街，很適合拍照打卡。附近很多特色小店，咖啡館，外國商品店，禮品工藝品店，小餐飲店。去火車站，機場，都很近。在周邊玩了幾天，開心。
