虛假，房間裏沒有熱水，而且屋裡一股尿騷味，馬桶也特別臟

沒有熱水，電視還不能看，也不能用，尤其是熱水，現在大冷天的不能洗澡，白天還不能洗頭，位置距離近，衞生一般，設施不全面，吹風機啥都沒有。

這是家洗浴，樓上是客房，旁邊的酒店是飯店，位置可以説是相當偏，想要去普灣體育場或者輕軌站路途並不近，尤其是要穿過輕軌高架下面的一段土路，晚上沒有路燈。屋內環境還是不錯的就是燈有點暗，沒有椅子，衞生間非常大，比一般酒店的獨立衞浴要大很多，客服服務態度很好。
