I am very happy in this apartment. This lady is really great and helpful. We have booked three rooms for three days. My guests are very satisfied and grateful to the staff of the apartment.

I stayed at the hotel for 3 nights. Upon arrival, I had to wait for more than 30minutes for someone to come and check me in. The lady I found a bit rude and not helpful. I was moved around from one room to another due to wifi issues. The room they moved me to was nice, just minor quality issues. Overall, I had a nice stay. The mattress was very comfortable.

The location is good, the surrounding facilities are complete, and Wanda Plaza is just downstairs. The hotel environment is great, quiet and elegant, and the scenery outside the window is pleasant. The facilities are very new, the experience is perfect, and I sincerely recommend it! The hotel is clean and hygienic, the staff is responsive, and the stay is safe and comfortable, great!
