總體勉強滿意！主要是因為房間太小，接線孔太少，僅床頭有一個，一個三人間，起碼住三個人吧，充個手機電都得輪流來，無語！至於衞生，還算可以吧，對於這個暑假來説房價太高了！優勢是離地鐵站很近，出行方便！離大連博物館和西安夜市都很近！

出去玩一個星期，這個公寓最差，面積小，但是位置還行離地鐵站很近。連住三天，第三天就沒搞衞生了。性價比不高，300多塊錢住這種公寓有點貴！

位置很不錯喲，離地鐵站很近，去星海廣場、威尼斯水城可以直接坐地鐵，住宿後面有條夜市巷子，水果、小吃都有，很不錯。

認認真真的評價一下吧！可能是趕上旅遊旺季，每晚367.這個價位訂的旅店實在是性價比不高！這家公寓裝修很舊，這個我能接受，但是衞生真不好，衞生間的玻璃一看就是好久好久都沒有擦了，到處是水點，都發黃了！我用酒精把能接觸到的麪都擦拭了一遍！！最讓我接受不了的是床，很潮不説一翻身彈簧響動聲音很大，一個人起夜其他人都會被吵到！讓人欣慰的是服務態度挺好的！

嘿嘿，我真的不好評價啥。#衞生衞生是真的差，可能也是因為沒有明窗的緣故，屋裡很多的蟑螂，下圖是衞生間的冰山一角，之所以拍是因為它還活着而且算是最小最可愛的…因為一直躺着哈哈…主要是頭一天我還沒看到大的沒在意，結果第二天絕了啊，各位想想一個大概兩節小拇指長的…就在門框上和我對視了。之所以評價服務好，是因為我問他們要蟑螂葯，至少有沒讓我自己買去…

很滿意的一次住宿體驗，公寓離地鐵站很近，旁邊就有成娟清香拉麪店總店，總之就是交通餐飲都方便。老闆人很好，24小時在崗，有求必應，期待下次還能有再見面的機會~

房間裏有空調，洗衣機，冰箱，電熱水壺，電視，床很舒適，毛巾浴巾都是新的，環境很乾凈，很衞生，最好的是房間到時後，店家同意在他那裡存東西，給了我們大大的方便。公寓位置距離地鐵口衹有一百多米
