They provided an extra heater when the room was a little cold which was fantastic!
The helpdesk was very helpful and kind, will love to come back again in the summer :-)

因為主打的是電競酒店，所以裝修環境是一般，設備是一流，唯一可惜的點就是沒有電梯，拿着行李的不方便上三層太高了，樓梯設計的角度還特別陡有些危險，想做好研究電梯吧，地點非常不錯緊鄰地鐵站

真就挺好笑的一次住房經歷…首先是14點到了後跟每個客人都説房間沒打掃出來，我在那等到14點40才入住。一進門就發現貨不對版，標註28平，實際上就十平左右，廁所根本轉不開身。因為太累，異味、床單發黃什麼的我就不在意了，就想洗個澡，一打開花灑直接原地亂飛（支架鬆了，水壓一大就不行）然後洗了不到10分鐘沒熱水了，我笑死，原來真的有酒店用電熱水器，還是隱藏式的，我壓根看不到熱水量，好一個熱水盲盒…受不了了，洗了個澡我自認倒黴，馬上退房潤，這房今天你們可以再坑一個人
