環境還算可以，挺乾淨的，純木傢俱。但我入住的時候正值大連剛下雪的天氣，房間竟然沒有暖氣，冷死了，開了空調設定30℃也無濟於事

優點，靠近海鮮街，離大外大醫都很近，出行就餐方便，點外賣的話送的也很快，晚上休息幾乎沒有噪音
不足，基礎設施較落後（熱水器什麼的），網絡波動不穩定，牀板枕頭較硬
整體上衞生較乾淨，通風較好，如果臨時居住是可以選擇的，但不適合帶孩子出來長時間居住

就算是個旅館吧，我也是花了錢的，首先排水就很差，而且隔音差，最離譜的是老闆服務態度差，總是聲音很大，很吵，別人洗個澡怎麼呢，把水漏出來了，這不是你酒店的問題，水下不去，怪別人洗澡了。我就真的服了，沒見過這麼垃圾的酒店服務態度。再也不去，真的太垃圾了

考試訂的一晚，海鮮街背後的一個小旅社，設施衞生各方面不算特別好，但是感覺大叔和阿姨人還是挺樸實的，就不打低分了，大家以後可以去學校裏面住，大外國際文化交流中心，星級酒店，校友卡打四折
