兩年前回國被親戚安排住進當地的白玉蘭酒店，覺得該品牌的酒店特別漂亮乾淨！以後每次回國去各個城市都預訂當地的白玉蘭，這次五一去大連還是優先選擇了白玉蘭。
然而，這是我住過環境最差的白玉蘭，牆面臟，還有別人擦在上面的鼻涕，洗完澡出來腳還被別人的指甲給扎到。聯繫前台後，前台態度很好，説第二天給我們換房，先安排阿姨給重新打掃了一下。晚上刷牙，洗臉池還有蜘蛛爬出來。我覺得應該是酒店本身就是老樓改修的緣故吧，有點失望。

如果有0分我連這0.5都不想給 ，我定了沒有二十也有十次了，每次都很好，前台服務都很好，兩次了都是這個高姓女生戴眼鏡的，每次都是你，打電話催催催，我花四十延遲到兩點，你一點半打電話催，正常十二點退房，你十一點半也打電話催，之前辦理入住，也是你，服務態度極差，但是因為早上起來是另一位服務很好，我還取消了差評，白玉蘭是怎麼了 她是經理嗎，經理就能這麼欺負客人嗎！！！
