The place is very convenient, clean, and fully equipped. There’s a washing machine, electric stove, microwave, and the shower gel and lotion smell amazing!
The front desk staff are the sweetest — always smiling and very kind. I’ll definitely stay here again!

We look forward to returning again next year! The hotel is very thoughtful. We arrived on a night where it was raining really hard. They had someone outside with an umbrella to walk guests in and helped with luggages. This is a gesture I haven’t seen any hotels do. Doris our housekeeper was excellent. She’s so friendly and down to earth we loved seeing her in the hallways.

雙卧房滿足我們一家三口成年人的入住需求，房間寬敞明亮舒適，乾淨整潔。服務貼心👍餐桌寫字枱很是實用，有烘乾一體的西門子洗衣機，微波爐及餐具很方便。樓下有超市買了洗衣機清潔劑，每天就可清洗衣物了。酒店游泳池和桌球室、健身房，餐廳的日料很好吃。出門右側地鐵站，直行十分鐘即到海邊的東港噴泉，幾天的休假很愜意😌大連真的很好東港很舒適，下次再來還住這家酒店，謝謝☺️

由於四季訂不到雙床房，考慮到長者的剛性需求，直接訂了輝盛閣最大的三居房間。
被安排在了21層（一共25層，不是最上面兩層略有失望），房間的户型是L型，感覺稍怪，主卧是kingbed，次卧分別是queenbed和兩張單人床，由於不是落地窗結構，所以視覺效果稍顯得空間侷促。
客廳和餐廳的佈局不是很合理，可以適當升級調整下，開放式廚房比較精緻，洗衣機和乾衣機也在冰箱旁邊，但排煙效果一般。
衞浴設施品牌用的分別是唯寶和漢斯格雅，這方面看出酒店的硬件設施投入還是相對較高的。
訂房時備註了需要漱口水和多種枕頭，令人欣慰的是在平台的協調下最終被落實了。
床的軟硬度很不錯，軟中帶有支撐，確實是出乎意料的亮點。
最滿意的是泳池，水温略低，長度尚可，寬度較窄，0.9～1.5米的深度還不錯，衹是在最淺的一側池底蹭傷了腳趾…更衣室很好，還有冷熱泡池和乾濕桑拿房，吹風機是Dyson的，比客房強很多…
吐槽點：
1.牙膏竟然是美加凈…有點無法匹配酒店的品牌定位吧；
2.入住後發現三個房間衹有一個吹風機，而且第一次見到需要用手捏住手柄啟動的這種吹風機，致電客房服務後才又僅僅補充了一個同樣的奇葩吹風機，為什麼不是像健身中心更衣室當中的Dyson吹風機呢…
3.捲紙薄如蟬翼，硬度較高，貌似五星級酒店都應該至少是舒潔吧；
4.客廳的電視尺寸太小，清晰度較差，應當更新；
5.垃圾桶數量不足，擺放位置不夠合理；
6.三個洗手間內衹有主卧衞生間設有一個非獨立浴缸，且在淋浴房裡麪，使用非常不方便，而隔壁竟然空着一個小房間，裏面什麼設施都沒有…
7.衣櫃內的衣架沒有絲質衣架，無法懸掛部分精細衣物。
總體而言性價比很高，但不屬於豪華酒店式公寓，相當於五星級入門的香格里拉、希爾頓等級別。

在大連度過了完美的4天，雖然天氣不太好，但是因為入住這家酒店，所以在我心裏，大連這個城市加了好多分。
1.這個酒店地理位置很好。距離東方水城威尼斯不是特別遠，樓下就有商場，吃飯很方便，酒店直通商場，並且如果點外賣的話送餐有機器人，既能確保住客安全又能確保送餐速度。
2.入住當天，到達酒店的時候已經是凌晨（因為飛機延誤）。但前台小哥辦理入住時，熱情細緻、服務周到、辦理迅速，讓我們掃去了一些因為飛機延誤而造成的疲憊，在此表示感激！

房間十分寬敞，位置方便，周邊美食和景點都近在咫尺。衞生乾淨，適合家庭旅行。服務細節比較好，告知火車時間，靈活的主動給延遲退房。泳池舒服，因臨近暑假結束，比較安靜。以後來大連，必須再次選擇。

房間很大，設施齊全，不淋雨就能直達凱丹商場和地鐵口，離東港音樂噴泉800多米的亞子，01號房間能看到海，雖然天氣不好但是玩的很開心。送餐機器人很可愛，工作人員也很熱情，謝謝你們。
