The hotel is just amazing! The rooms are big, clean and comfortable. Also, their facilities are first class. However, what is most important is the quality of the staff: they really do everything to make you feel home. My journey was extremely pleasant thanks to Xia, Flora, Clara, Barry (and the guy who told me about Wan Bao), as well as the other workers. Amazing people that make tourists wish to never leave and to come back always!

Excellent stay with Fraser suits in Dalian. The apartment was spacious and modern. Perfect for family of 4. Staff was wonderful, went above and beyond for us. We will definitely be back and stay again.

Clean, modern, spacious with a nice view. 20 minutes walk to Dalian's Venice. Swimming pool open until 22h.

The staff were very friendly and professional. The bathroom floor tiles have some water damage but overall the hotel was spotless and I especially loved the delivery robot. That was fun

10 of 10, one thing stands out is that the hotel is directly connected to a shopping mall with tons of nice restaurants.

The hotel was very clean, and the service was friendly too. Someone came by everyday to freshen up the room. Facilities were excellent - the library was a great place to relax and read a book. The hotel is situated close to the beach and is located above a mall with plenty of food options and shops stocked with travel essentials.

This was an affordable hotel. The room had a nice kitchen/pantry area, but I could not figure out how to make the microwave/steamer work. The bathroom was a bit cramped and the towels were a bit old. There's a medium sized mall next door, which was convenient. There were also many food delivery choices in the area, even late at night.

We booked Fraser Suites as the earlier hotel we booked did not met our expectations. We were glad that we found Fraser Suites on trip.com as it did not disappoint.
The executive 2 room that we booked was super spacious and the family loves it. The beds were comfortable. As the hotel was just beside a mall, line 2 subway, it was super convenient. There is also a 24 hour Lawson convenience shop.
My little boy caught a fever on the third day. We approached the front desk in the morning and Ms Doris Gao helped us to order some medication and got it delivered to us in time. She was very helpful and also checked in with us on my little boy condition.
We would also like to thank Aunty Amy Jiang who helped us kept the room clean and nice everyday. We appreciated her attentiveness very much.
All in all, glad to have found Fraser Suites Dalian. We will book this hotel again when we visit Dalian next summer.
