We stayed at the 如家 in Shenyang (opposite the 辽宁大学) and in Dalian, next to the central station. The room in Dalian was a little smaller and despite the fact that there are signs everywhere saying that smoking is prohibited, the smell in the room is still present. I do not recommend turning on the exhaust fan in the toilet if you do not want to choke on the smell of cigarettes. Hair in the shower. Breakfast is not worth its 20 yuan. But despite this, when I travel around China, I most often stay at the 如家 because of its convenient location (a wide network in every city), they are guaranteed to accommodate foreigners (in China, especially in small tourist towns, this can be a problem), and in general - the service is acceptable, especially for the money. Another important point, in the hotel in Dalian there are only Chinese sockets and USB - our usual plug and Type C will not work.
