Amazing Koala Cafe

During the day, the time here is quiet, the breeze is gentle, the mountains and the sea are close by, but it can be a bit scary at night, but fortunately, I have my boyfriend to accompany me, so I dare to fall asleep~ The clerks are very friendly and will help solve any problems. Helped me upgrade to a bathtub room (unfortunately, there is always not enough hot water), but there is no problem with the shower. The first floor is a coffee shop, the second floor is a homestay, and the third floor has a terrace where you can see the sea, which is very suitable for spring and summer. There are koala elements everywhere, and I especially like the swing, I just don't want to leave.

The room is very good, close to the mountains and the sea. It is upstairs in the coffee shop. The service awareness needs to be improved. The parking lot cannot be used during the specified period, which is a bit inconvenient.

I came to stay after seeing the good reviews, but it was a very bad experience. It feels like there are several rooms in the cafe for you to live in. The front desk is occupied during business hours, and the whole building is empty after get off work. There was nothing around. I took a taxi out for dinner and came back late. The whole building was pitch black, and I needed a flashlight to go upstairs. The service attitude at the front desk is quite good, but they are not careful. There was no water or paper towels when we checked in, and the bathroom drain was blocked by a pile of hair. The first day the trash was collected but no water and rolls were given. I can't find anyone to ask for it when I run out at night. The next day, I gave water and paper rolls, and when I came back, I found that the room had been cleaned, and things hadn't been replenished and the trash hadn't been taken out. The little brother who specializes in responding to the situation will deal with it. The toilet is a smart toilet seat, but it is particularly easy to clog. I have unplugged it no less than three times, and I am careful every time I use it, because I am afraid that it will be blocked at night and no one will come to help. It is very close to the beach, that's the advantage. After checking out, I immediately changed to another homestay.

Minutes to the beach, super close! The coffee shop on the first floor, the homestay on the second floor, comfortable and hygienic, and the rooftop on the third floor, where you can enjoy the sea view from a distance. The environment is quiet and suitable for light sleepers.

Very close to the Fujiazhuang beach, the lady with big eyes and short hair has super good service. The hotel is on the second floor of the Koala Cafe. After the coffee shop closes in the evening, you can enjoy the terrace and the entire cafe alone. We also sent a lot of snacks and cakes. I have fed the owls and dogs for two days at the entrance of the cafe, and the two little milk dogs are very skin-friendly 😂 Every day the hotel also delivers two cups of coffee shop drinks, good value for money~

It was originally the most anticipated hotel in the whole trip, but the experience was really bad and there were many problems with the room facilities. The staff asked three questions, and there was no service at all. Breakfast is very perfunctory. Dalian is actually very convenient to go anywhere, you can live in the city and take a car to the beach. Coffee shop just make good coffee

地理位置優越，出門下坡是海、出門上坡是山、出門左轉是濱海步行道、出門右轉走出去有很多公交車。打車、點外賣都很方便。旺季700左右、淡季100左右。2018年第一次入住就愛上了這裏，之後每年都會帶親朋來小住。雖然豐盛的早餐和贈送的咖啡取消了，智能座便沒有配衞生紙，陽光大浴缸沒有配毛巾、小米電視沒有配搖控器、精緻的茶具沒有瓶裝水、鬆軟的洗浴拖鞋沒有一次性軟拖，但滿屋瀰漫的咖啡香、樓頂可以吹海風的露台、適宜的温度、已經長大可以看門的小懶貓，就是讓人感覺很舒適。如果民宿老闆可以看到這段文字，希望可以改善配套設施、增強服務意識，還記得19年的夏天，你告訴我們全家冬天來更美、還有可能遇到野生小動物。以後還會入住，希望會有更好的體驗。

離動物園超近，周邊景點都不遠，特別適合帶寵物的，鬧中取靜，但是服務不要想哈，也不適合喜歡夜生活的人，晚上開車進出不方便，打車隨意

住了兩晚，入住時的忐忑（看到了幾條差評）到離開時的不捨，覺得應該把這個過程分享。衞生問題，店裡有在認真打掃，曬過的被子有太陽的味道；潮濕問題，房間裏有很多木質裝修，走廊沒有窗，加上衞生間淋浴器的半開放設計，會有一定程度的返潮，和有的酒店走廊鋪不曉得多久沒洗的地毯相比，好很多了；停車問題，開始看説回來晚了沒人開門，我入住就跟服務生溝通過，都很貼心的解決了，沒有晚上被關在門外的困擾。因為出去玩早出晚歸，沒吃到簡餐，衹點了一杯熱美式，以後有機會再換一款深度烘焙的嚐嚐。説我個人喜歡的一點，住在這裏不像是客人與客服的關係，更像租客和房東的關係，本人社恐，不喜歡虛偽的客套，反而是這種恰當的邊界感讓人很舒服，建議幾個家庭一起來。
