This hotel was in a great location as next to railway and metro station. Unfortunately the power was cut off for the entire block. It was fortunate that the hotel was able to refund part of the stay. I had to checkout when the power was cut off again the following night. This isn’t the fault of the hotel but they tried their best in a bad situation. When I checked in they brought tray of snacks and a letter explaining how they were sorry they could not speak English. This was a nice touch and I commend the front staff for their sincerity. The only reason I took off a star was that the hallway carpet was in an old state and could use an overhaul. Other than that great staff and hotel.

The hotel didn’t have hot water to take shower and they didn’t provide me it after one day stay despite having promised and I left it as dissatisfied

酒店位置很好找，前台服務也很好熱情，看見房間也是眼前一亮，和連鎖店不相上下，第二天早上在前台買的早餐，自助的，一個人才19元，品種很多，味道也可以，還會在來的

大連站100米，屬於快捷酒店位置很好，地鐵和高鐵都是五分鐘步行範圍，房間很大但設施不好，衞生也不行，床單明顯是臟的，性價比很高，非常適合趕早班高鐵

房間真很乾凈沒異味，關鍵去景點太方便了，門前地鐵3號線到發現王國，地鐵5號線到老虎灘海洋公園，地鐵5號線轉2號線到港東5街威尼斯水城，還有公交541直接到森林動物園，528路到聖亞，酒店位置太方便了…

再次入住一如既往的好，前台很耐心解答問題，大堂明亮，房間很乾凈，早餐也豐富，酒店有大院子停車也免費，真很方便，酒店旁的美食大排檔下月開業，吃美食更方便，下次再來…

酒店還行，就是衞生間反味嚴重。五一臨時出行，選的這家，交通便利，而且周邊小吃街很多，就在大連商場附近。

房間很大，隔音效果特別好，外面很吵一進屋就很安靜了，服務也比較好，空調一開始打不開及時修理了，但是沒給沐浴露，給了兩個洗頭膏，房間白天看可能是有點小舊，牆那個地方時間稍微有點久，晚上看比較好
