設施：除了電視不能看和沒有電梯，其他都很好。熱水限時供應但是不影響。
衞生：乾淨。
環境：交大里麪很安靜，晚上我們還去操場走圈了。
服務：很好，東西落下了，打電話前台幫忙取了下來。

千萬別上當，差差差，定時提供熱水，10點30關門，進不去車，需要步行1公里進酒店，一進店就説是大連最便宜的酒店（328元），留按金，房間有一股濃濃的發黴味道，頭疼，噁心，千萬別上當。不讓續住……沒有電梯，5樓需要步行，服務質量差差差……

住了2晚，雙床房，前台接待熱情、周到、禮貌，很感謝！房間整潔乾淨，大窗户明亮，室內放電視的桌子兩邊各有一個桌子，等於時是三個桌子拍成一行，有足夠的空間放書包等物品，感覺寬敞，另外室內還有2張沙發椅及茶几、茶杯，感覺很温馨，好像回到家一樣。
另外特別值得一提的是校門外就是地鐵口，交通很方便。
還有校門對過就是小吃街。
再就是它的學術氛圍，住到大學校園裡感覺很好，校園環境也很好，進校門就能看到路兩旁粗大茂盛的法國梧桐樹，很美。

#好評#對走廊隔音，鄰近餐廳，酒店氣味，房內採光，床品舒適度，房間佈局滿意；宾馆位于大学校园内，环境静谧，屋内整洁，床铺干净舒适，校内购物方便，食堂菜品质量也很好，还可以在操场上闲逛。校门口就有公交和地铁站，交通通达度好，学校对面有小吃街。各方面都很满意，下次来大连还会订这家宾馆的。

一座老樓，沒有電梯需要走樓梯，如果有長者或者攜帶有一定重量的箱物時就比較麻煩。先天不足沒辦法。但是前台人員的服務態度超級棒👍🏻
