大家千萬別來這家店！！！！！非讓我註冊他們前台的一個小程序，我説我自己來，她非要拿我手機操作，還揹着客户操作！我提出來，你用我手機操作得讓我看見呀，16號凌晨服務員不理我，繼續揹着**作我手機。服務態度惡劣！賺錢無底線！頭天晚晚上在它家小程序定的房含早飯，第二天續房，它家小程序上和我頭天同樣房間標誌（不含早餐）價格遠超過同程app上同樣房間的價格（重點即便同程這個房間價格加上早餐18元也比它這個小程序上的價格便宜！）而我第三天早晨吃飯時要求我付早餐費！理由是在三方平台定的房間，三方平台不含早飯。你們小程序同樣房間價格高標的也寫着不含早飯呀？這是把客户當**了？？？設施差，電梯標註13人，實際6人就開響拒載。安全大家想想吧。我説了一句要給差評。超高銷量把我在同程平台拉黑了，我的所有日期顯示無房。桌子上臟，灰塵特別多，房間味道難聞。這樣的店您敢來嗎？？

真的是我住過最差的酒店，體驗感非常不好，正常來説華住會的酒店很讓人放心，昨天晚上由於酒店訂的比較匆忙，就訂了一個漢庭的大床房，看照片屋裡空間還挺大的，然後酒店辦理入住時，前台就建議我們升房，意思我們訂的房間倆人住不了，我説我們看圖片挺大的，她説是廣角拍的就是顯的大，其實特別小，倆人住不了，要我們再補49元升級房間，比我直接訂升完的房間貴三十多塊錢，當時由於時間比較晚，就沒過多計較。當我進去升完的房間一看跟我之前訂的普通大床房的照片幾乎一樣，我就想問這種圖片與實際不符，屬不屬於欺詐消費者的行為？
