非常滿意！
服務給力，幫忙升級了海景房，訂房間的時候衹包含一份早餐，又給我們送了一份，早上睡得太香了直接到十點半才醒，前台小姐姐看我們帶着小朋友給打包了一些，簡直了，小姐姐直接讓我對大連的好感度直網上升
早餐很豐盛，味道也一級棒，還有崽崽喜歡的機器人服務
位置很好，在房間可以看到音樂噴泉，下樓走到馬路對面就是威尼斯水城，有很多吃的！

酒店很新，裝修味道很大很大很大……，有自助洗衣房（城堡酒店跟新世界酒店沒有自助洗衣，有收費的洗衣服務），喜來登還有一個讓我不理解的是電梯配置：2個客户電梯，2個員工電梯。這入住率跟員工比例成正比的意思嗎？

設施：2025年新開張的，設施非常新
衞生環境：乾淨整潔，打掃的也非常乾淨
服務：入住時添加了Helen微信，高效解決問題，服務熱情，五星好評

聽説是7月份剛開業的酒店，體驗很棒
1️⃣ **位置**：步行5分鐘到地鐵，出門過馬路就是地鐵站
2️⃣ **服務**：提前聯繫確認需求，入住時主動幫忙拿行李； 我們一大早就到了酒店，本想寄存行李到中午再來辦理入住，前台小姐姐看我們帶着孩子當天又下了大雨不方便，很貼心的有空房就直接為我們辦理了。
3️⃣ **衞生**：每天打掃及時，毛巾和床單都很清爽；
