I liked that the towels were disposable and clean, and I also liked that there was a wide open window with a view of the shopping mall across the street, and it was nice that there was a good restaurant nearby. There was a good dumpling restaurant right before the subway station, and it was great. They usually give you bottled water, but I don't know if they don't give it to you or if they forgot, but there was none, so I bought bottled water that I've never had before. The water tastes good, the museum is nice, the beach is nice, and the food is delicious. I recommend Dalian accommodations near Xinghai Square.

1.房間和圖片有出入，床墊彈簧床隔的不舒服，床墊兒還跑的不行。
2.房間裏不給提供飲用水，我們住的6個人給了2瓶礦泉水，我房間兩天花了1千8，連水也捨不得給我們，説怕反覆要水，就給2-3瓶……不知道老闆是不是腦子有啥問題。我買的也不是特價房，礦泉水都是不知名的酒店供水，喝個水把這家的老闆和工作人員嚇死呀。還得是住客主動要，不要不給，要了也不給。
2.房間空調中央空調，一晚上子裏哇啦的叫，關了又熱。
3.及時是民宿住兩天也得換床品吧，名宿前台14樓，我們在9樓，根本都不提這事，一次性的浴巾，毛巾，牙刷也是我們要才給不要根本不出氣。
4.兩室一廳的屋子，屋裡住着4大2小，熱水衹夠洗2人，然後熱的好慢好慢。
5.工作人員態度不好，愛答不理，第一天到前台就是個庫房間，到民宿之前聯繫商家，不接電話，各種聯繫不上。
總之服務態度非常不好，環境設施非常一般偏老舊，工作人員就跟欠他錢着呢，服務特別爛。本來以為理星海廣場挺近，其實挺遠的，步走需要10分鐘多的路程。

人生第一攜程上的差評沒想到給到了大連，預訂了三天，但是因為行程有變，在8月9日入住的當天就通過攜程修改離店日期，把三天變更成一天，修改了兩次均提示商家拒絕，於是就與商家協商，被告知一定要多付一天的房費，説這就是大連的規矩，隨便我去315也好還是市場監督管理局也好去投訴，也不會管，説冬天這個房間80都賣不掉，言外之意就是現在旅遊季不趁着現在掙錢，後面又説讓我三天的費用都付掉，幫我代賣，如果賣掉了給我退錢，賣不掉三天的房費就全收了，我也是長見識了，大連全國文明城市，堂堂副省級城市，竟然如此欺負消費者，不過也不奇怪，撥打了12345投訴熱線，接線員的態度更是優秀反問那你想怎麼樣，也難怪商家如此有恃無恐，但是這裏必須要給攜程的工作人員點贊，不僅多次幫我與商家協商，在與商家協商不通後，更是想盡一切辦法彌補我的損失！
