As a long-time Ctrip user, I've never given a hotel a bad review. 1. I never expected to encounter rats in a hotel. During my five-day stay, I encountered rats three times—three times! The worst was when I encountered three at the same time! Two were leisurely strolling around the entrance, while another was sleeping in the lobby! Even more terrifying, after I informed the front desk about the rats, that afternoon, as my family of four was leaving, we encountered another rat in the lobby's revolving door. My two daughters were now in the same space as the rat. I was at a loss as to what to do. I was worried about scaring the children, and I was also worried the rat would get startled and bite. So my husband and I quietly watched the rat. Fortunately, the rat ran out in the direction of the revolving door, and nothing happened. If rats had been biting around, the consequences would have been disastrous. This is the hotel lobby! If there are rats in public areas where people come and go every day, then imagine how bad the hygiene in the kitchen and rooms must be. It's terrifying! Does anyone know if the quilts and sheets were contaminated?! The rest of the trip was a grueling experience. Every time I returned to the hotel, I'd meticulously check every nook and cranny, behind the curtains, behind the toilet—everywhere. I'm extremely afraid of mice, and every night after that, my sleep was utterly terrible. Any slight noise was a rat's. 2. Let's talk about breakfast. Because the hotel wasn't cleaned on time on check-in day, they offered a complimentary breakfast (78 yuan per person—I'd consider even 8 yuan, let alone 78). I only had two eggs and a slice of bread. I wanted a latte, but there were no coffee beans or milk, and they didn't refill anything. My husband had to lift the milk pot to pour it out when he wanted milk because there wasn't any left. Hehehe... 3. The smell in the bathroom on check-in day nearly made my daughter pass out... 4. The windows and mirrors in the room were either unwashed or had watermarks on them. There was also a thick layer of dust on the headboard... Although the hotel actively negotiated with me and offered 1,000 yuan in compensation, I refused. Because it's peak season, hotels are overpriced. The room was originally priced between 500 and 700 RMB, but I paid over 1500 RMB. The hotel's so-called compensation wasn't genuine. Although I didn't seem to be harmed, I'm extremely allergic to rats. Now, any small, dark object I see is a rat!!! Spending over 7700 RMB for 5 nights on a hotel with substandard hygiene is a complete loss! If you're allergic to rats like me, I advise you to avoid this place and don't waste your money on it! (I didn't get a photo of the rat in the lobby because I was afraid it would run away.)

Advantages: The staff has a good service attitude, answers all questions, can help heat up food, and there are robots to deliver takeout. The location is very good, right next to Xinghai Square, and it is very convenient to take a taxi. Disadvantages: The superior sea view room is on the second floor, the sea view is not good, it is similar to the river, passers-by walk around, and there is no privacy. There are not many types of breakfast, the beef in the noodles is pre-made, the shrimp in the seafood noodles is of average quality, and the shrimp and beef are put in it, you can't get it yourself. I went late on the first day, at 9:30, and there were even fewer varieties. The carpet in the room is a bit dirty, and I didn't see the fruits and ham sausage mentioned in some reviews. I asked and was told that the ham sausage was out of stock and it would take three or four days to arrive. It was speechless. The toiletries are in large bottles, not one for one, and there are no shampoo and shower gel for children. Overall, I feel that the cost performance is not high, it is definitely not worth 850 a night, there is nothing special, it feels better to book Atour, InterContinental, etc., the price is about the same

The room is tidy, spotless, odorless, with automatic curtains, the TV can project the screen, the toilet is an automatic heating smart toilet, and the bathroom is extremely clean! The hotel is in a good location. When you wake up in the morning, you can hear the sound of seagulls. The experience is very good. I was a bit anxious to pack my luggage to catch the flight, and I left my things at the hotel. The hotel contacted me and sent them home for me 🌹🌹🌹I’m touched! ! ! !
