Very good hotel, for reasonable money. The owner is very hospitable, always answers questions, and helps to understand everything. He himself is in the supermarket, and then takes you to the room, which is located at the top. The view is very beautiful, all the promised amenities were there. At first there were problems with cleaning, but the owner explained that cleaning is done on REQUEST, so that there are no unpleasant situations with expensive things. There were small shortcomings in the condition of the bathroom, but this is not critical at all, our room was excellent, the beds are soft, the location is convenient, there are many places with food and drinks nearby. There is a TV, as well as a heater in the bathroom. As far as I understand, the owner can speak English. When visiting this city, I will use the services of this hotel again.

먼지는 조금 있었지만 침대도 넓고 냉장고랑 에어컨이 작동이 잘되어서 좋았습니다. 위치도 거의 모든 관광지 10~20분 거리라 이동도 편합니다. 사장님이 굉장히 친절하시고 너무너무 잘 챙겨주셨습니다.

住宿環境特別滿意，設施齊全，衞生也很乾凈，周圍外賣也很方便！去大連站很近，酒店晚上還可以看到美麗的夜景，老闆非常好，圖片是臨走時拍的，下次還來光顧😁

來和家人旅行住的，床鋪很乾凈，而且洗衣機烤箱冰箱都有，很方便旅行，不遠處有個新開的早餐店也不錯。整體來説是個不錯的公寓式酒店。價格也要比其他地方便宜不曬。
