Excellent stay, great location, xing hai square and full seaview can see the whole bridge. Downstairs got restaurants and convenient stalls. Within 150m walk to metro station. Definitely will come again. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Night time can watch movies.

I am really disappointed with my stay in Joy Bean loft hotel apartment. I spend 4 nights over there and it was not a good experience in particular with the customer service.
First of all, this establishment is not an hotel but equivalent to an Airbnb rental for which people rent their properties by proposing additional minimum options and services such as cleaning or breakfast.
Then, the customer service is really not professional. The rental reception is not friendly with the customers and they are trying to do the minimum as possible. On top of that, they are always pretending for some excuses to explain their mistakes.
- for the room caution: if you do not insist, they are not refunding it when you checkout but several days after. After contacting the renting manager, they finally accept to refund me at the right time. And be careful to check that the correct amount is refunded! (they tried to refund me a wrong amount but hopefully, I had recheck it before leaving).
- for the breakfast: I took the breakfast options with supplement fees and it was not a very good choice. It is the same breakfast provided everyday. Furthermore, it always comes later than expected. Not very convenient if you are in hurry in the morning...and sometimes, some food is missing in the breakfast that is delivered. I was supposed to be refunded for one missing breakfast but finally, the customer service didn't keep his promise when I checked out.
- for the room cleaning: the cleaning lady is not doing the job correctly. When I checked in, there was only 1 towel for a room of 4 persons.Then, they forgot to clean my room the second day and when they are not forgetting, the job is done partially despite I ask them to do it everyday (only the first floor is cleaned without caring about the second floor). Globally, the rooms floor is not clean.
- for the room commodities: some electrical plugs are not working and it is not expected to be repaired.

The apartment itself was OK and clean but very poor sound isolation and problematic neighbors. Not recommended for foreigners as registration is not taken care of. We stayed for 4 nights, and every night had the downstairs neighbors come to complain because of noise, even though we took care to keep the noise down, but even talking or moving a chair was enough for them to come and complain. Hope the owners can take some actions to improve (sofa instead of chairs, floor rug, ...?) On our last night the neighbors wanted to enter the apartment and got very aggressive when we refused him, we ended up both calling the police, and then the police said the owner isn't allowed to host foreigners, so I had to go with them to the station for a statement. Other remarks: kitchen but no appliances or even bowls/plates/... Window isolation was also bad and made it seem there was a constant storm outside even when there was only minor wind.

I stayed for three days and didn't turn on the air conditioner because I didn't dare to turn it on (see the picture for the reason). The room was so dusty that I couldn't even look closely. I told the cleaning staff to clean it, but they said it wasn't their responsibility and they wouldn't do it. Don't waste your money and suffer for it.

The room was very comfortable and the maid cleaned it very well. Trash was removed and bottled water was replenished daily. Transportation was also very convenient, being located above the Convention and Exhibition Center subway station, making it easy to get to all the attractions. The housekeeping service was very attentive, and they even provided us with a late check-out when our flight was delayed. I'll definitely stay at this hotel again next time I'm in Dalian.

It's a great restaurant with a great view. It's near Seonghae Square and the subway. However, the deposit refund was delayed, which was disappointing. It's difficult to get down the elevator in the morning. The reception desk is on the 18th floor, so checking in requires borrowing a key and using the elevator, which is a hassle.
