温馨，這是我住過的酒店最最最滿意的一次啦! ! !房間就像自己的家一樣，還有很重要的一點就是超級乾淨，肉眼可見的乾淨整潔，老闆是個小姐姐，長得特別好看，很熱情很温柔，在訂房得時候改了時間，小姐姐也很耐心解決，在入住過程中有什麼問題都會給予解決，小姐姐也很精心準備了小零食，而且很懂女生，還準備了紅糖薑茶，我剛好到皮口就來事了，看見的時候覺得好貼心呀，空調很安靜沒有噪音，總的來説體驗感超讚! ! ! 給還在猶豫的寶子們做個參考哇，真的好滿意，會想在去住的程度，我也第一次寫這麼長的小評價嘿嘿，滿意滿意!

鑫灣假日賓館，不到20個房間的温馨小店，去長山島最合適的歇腳點，距離進入皮口港的路口約200米。周邊餐飲豐富價格公道，大型超市購物方便，路邊賣農副產品的小攤價格便宜。賓館主人和藹健談，能對上島旅行提供諸多訊息，我們到店時看到客滿的牌子，好在是提前預訂的房間。不巧趕上大風停航，在鑫灣多住了一天，賓館主人多次電話聯繫港口詢問開航時間，以緩解我們的停航焦慮。臨行時跟賓館主人約好下次上島還住鑫灣。

工作日價格挺划算的，而且去年住過了有點熟悉了比較方便。前台的小姐姐再次見到也是真的親切地很，特別暖吶。酒店風格也很舒服，各種設施都挺齊全的，地理位置也好，四周都有好吃的，交通也方便。

服務態度不錯，房間夠大，2張大床，其中一張在空調下，開空調時會滴水，窗户很大，挨着路邊，晚上經常有大車，夏天路邊樹上全是知了在叫，聲音很大，酒店不供早餐，飯店需要繞到樓後面或是走一段路。離皮口港算是住的比較近的酒店了。
