Magnotel Hotel (Dalian Hang Lung Plaza Xi'an Road Subway Station)

I have stayed in one of the most disgusting hotels. I had a postgraduate re-examination at 8:30 in the morning. I asked the hotel through Ctrip if I could check in early. The hotel said that I could get to the room. I came here in a hurry and I didn’t want to find fault with the smell. I left a hair conditioner and the hotel called me to pick it up. I didn’t leave after picking it up. Before the taxi arrived, I sat in the lobby and waited for the car. I heard a few people at the front desk of the hotel commenting behind me, saying that I had to check in at 8 o’clock. just complain? ? ? ? ? It's really interesting. Is this the hotel's service attitude? ? ? I have something urgent to check in at 8 o'clock. If you can't stay, just tell me that I will change to another hotel. What do you mean by gossiping behind your back? Can't control your own mouth when you're an adult? I gave this bad review, whatever the people in your hotel say, you can continue to scold me, it doesn’t matter

住了3天，超預期的體驗，前台小劉熱情周到，他的真誠深深的感動了我，對於我的要求，一一滿足，不推諉。酒店位置交通便利，房間乾淨整潔，温馨寬敞，沒有異味，床品也很舒服，保潔阿姨人很和善，有求必應，早餐品種多樣，中西結合，味道很不錯，酒店無線網絡也很穩定，信號很好，還可以免費洗衣服烘乾，下次來大連還會選擇這家酒店的……

衞生：挺乾淨的，床單乾爽 環境：窗户隔音好，床品舒適，衞生間設計合理 服務：前台小姐姐很好，服務到位，熱情親切

距離地鐵有些遠，車位不多先到先得，感覺工作人員不太熱情，總之暑假的這家酒店的性價比比較高

假期人多可以理解，但前台的服務態度太差了，問大約什麼時間可以有房愛搭不理，回答就是不好説。親眼看着前台和別的客人通話時滿是不耐煩，掛斷後用可以聽見的聲音説了一句聽不懂人話。不知道這樣的前台培訓是怎麼做的，如果人手不夠就加人，旺季前台衹有一個人確實忙不過來，但不是如此態度的理由。 考慮性價比因素房間裝修較簡陋也可以接受。
