體驗感超絕！位置超讚，緊臨星海廣場，步行就能去，周邊景點密集，出行超便利。房間能360度俯瞰星海廣場全貌，晚上還能看跨海大橋燈光秀，躺在床上就能享受這美景，太愜意。房間乾淨整潔，設施也齊全。工作人員熱情周到善良，入住時幫忙升級房型，服務貼心。下次來大連，還選這家！

首先説衞生特別差，一個冰櫃還長毛了。服務人員態度特別差，一個投影儀還投不了，搗鼓半天最後實在是忍不了，我不用了行吧！自駕過來的還得自行交停車費不説，連個指引都沒有
最後想説，這種住宿條件跟小賓館差不多，價格卻這麼呵呵....

家庭公寓式的，房子挺大，兩個房間，分別放2張床，共有4張床，可以住8人，廚房冰箱很方便，還可以自己煮飯（雖然沒用）在房間就可以直接到日出和晚上橋上的燈光表演，下樓步行10分鐘就到星海廣場了，交通便利。

三室一廳兩衞一廚，一家八口人住錯錯有餘，衞生乾淨，為我們準備了礦泉水和一次性用品，房間360度俯瞰星海廣場全貌，躺在床上欣賞全線海景，訂房大姐人也特別特別熱情，爽快，可以蒸海鮮，打麻將，孩子家人特別喜歡。下次來大連還住這裏，強烈推薦，性價比超值。住過的最好的民宿沒有之一。交通便利，停車方便，樓下就是星海廣場。

사람이 많다면 아주 좋은 숙소입니다
33층이라 전망이 아주 좋습니다
넓은 성해광정이 다 보이고 야간에는 더욱 환하니 멋있습니다
직접 바닷가까지 산책도 해보아서 좋아요
침실5개, 화장실 욕실 2개, 주방도 있어서 조리도 가능합니다
싱크대 누수, 한쪽 욕실 온수 부족 등은 수리를 요합니다

特別適合親子或者家庭出遊，面積比預想的大，還有廚房，最多能住八個人，性價比太高了。斜對着星海廣場，可以看到天書廣場，在房間裏欣賞了一次噴泉和燈光秀，又下去體驗了下，還是現場體驗感覺要好的多，視野無敵，位置便利，推薦
