I gave band-aids and iodophor cotton swabs when my feet were worn out, even if it rained. Prepare umbrellas, and the ladies at the front desk are very gentle and beautiful, and will try their best to solve any needs. I am very satisfied after staying for a few days. The hotel is very conveniently located near the airport. The pick-up was very smooth. Secondly, the hotel is very new. The decoration style is log-style. The room facilities are complete and the hotel environment is good. The room is clean and tidy, with no peculiar smell and the sound insulation is relatively good. 必須五星好評，平時兩個手機一個不常用，退房的時候把手機忘在房間裏了，過了大概十天左右才想起來，打電話聯繫立刻就找到了，幫忙郵寄到指定地址，非常感謝，而且有免費的接送機，前台的工作人員也很熱情，下次去大連還會在入住。

除全季酒店一貫的乾淨衞生外，早餐也很好。尤其是前台服務員服務態度甚好。因需要打一份文件，便問服務員周邊有無打印社，服務員説沒有，但見我有些無奈便拿出了她自己的電腦給我用，我打文件完後她又幫忙修改並打印出來，解了我的難題，太感謝了。我要付費她們也不收。感謝！
