The apartment offers beautiful views over Xinghai Square and it is a wonderful location. The host was excellent, going above and beyond to help with everything and to assist. Can definitely recommend this place.

民宿的地段很好，樓下也有幾家餐廳，早餐麪館都有，出行很方便，離聖亞海洋世界不行就能到。民宿服務也挺好。就是整個樓的電梯很慢，人多雜亂，要等很久。酒店式loft裝修也比較老舊了，有點點破爛，廁所在樓下，長者略顯不便，廁所和馬桶沒有分離，洗完澡全部濕噠噠，且裏面沒有任何可以掛毛巾衣物或者可以置物的架子，這點希望民宿可以改進。房間有個小露台，打開可以看到海景和跨海大橋，大概這就是房間貴的賣點，白天陽光很好，可以曬衣物，適合年輕家庭出行，整體好評。
