Whether it was the guest room or the restaurant on the top floor of the 67th floor, the view was not discounted at all. You can have a bird's eye view of the entire Dalian Harbor. The room facilities are complete, and there are refrigerators and washing machines with freezers. There is no problem if you live there for a long time. The service staff are also very attentive. There are also a large number of delicious restaurants across the street downstairs. Xiding and Nanshan Shrimp Noodles are both very good. For parking, you only need to report your car number at the front desk on the 66th floor, and you can park for free during your stay. There are also plenty of parking spaces. The breakfast variety in the top-floor restaurant is very rich. If I have to talk about some shortcomings, it is that the elevator call logic can be improved. Sometimes 5 elevators are all below and you have to wait for half a day. These elevators can be intelligently allocated to low, medium and high-level priority operations to reduce waiting time.

The hotel is located near Venice Water City, and the subway and bus are convenient for travel. Dalian city is not big, and you can basically get a taxi within 30. In the evening, you can walk to Donggang Square to enjoy the musical fountain show. The current performance time is 19:40, which is said to be better than that of Xinghai Square. The hotel's hygiene and service are good. The room is also specially equipped with children's slippers and children's toiletries. Here I would like to specially praise the front desk staff Xiao Sun, who carefully introduced the hotel's facilities and surrounding attractions to me, and recommended local food. The service is very considerate. I recommend the hotel's sea view room. Lying on the bed in the room located more than 50 floors above the ground, looking at the endless sea through the entire glass window is still very comfortable.

She keenly captured our fatigue after a long journey and took the initiative to adjust the room type so that the floor-to-ceiling windows facing Xinghai Bay presented the scenery of the blue sea and blue sky to the first-time travelers. Special thanks to Ms. Wang Ziyi, she seemed to have the professionalism of an "invisible guardian" - when we were still hesitating whether to need a certain service, she had already prepared a solution in advance; this kind of unobtrusive but ubiquitous care allows every guest to feel the happiness of being cherished. The caring service on the day of check-out was especially unforgettable: knowing that we had to catch an early flight, Wang Ziyi asked if we needed to pack breakfast and carefully provided the route from the hotel to the airport, which made this strange city suddenly feel the warmth of home. The two-day stay was too short, but it was enough for us to understand the hotel's intentions. There is no formulaic "welcome" here, but a smile from the heart and a sense of propriety. When leaving the hotel, Ms. Wang Ziyi's farewell words "see you next time" made us realize that the best hotel service is not to complete the transaction, but to establish an emotional bond.
