Arrived at this property at 11am and luckily they let me checked in early. Its in quite neighbourhood perfect for who wants to staycation. I def will stay here when im in dalian. Thanks!

The bed and sofa were not to my taste, but perhaps because it was the off-season, the price was reasonable and the location was attractive, so I stayed for two nights.
This apartment is in the same building as the 5-star hotel "Hengli Grand Hotel" that will open in 2024.
Although it is separate from the hotel, the common areas such as the lobby and elevator hall are luxurious, and the fixtures and lighting in the room had a high-class feel.
I think the biggest drawback of private lodging is the hassle of checking in, but this was not a problem because the hotel staff came to pick me up at the bottom of the apartment in advance.
However, you will need to be able to speak Chinese and make phone calls to arrange the meeting place.
(The meeting place is the Kaikaku convenience store on the first floor of the Henli Hotel.)
