房間乾淨整齊，是loft的房型。共有兩張床，一張大床，另一張1米5的雙人床。我住的是17層，眺望遠方可以看到跨海大橋。老闆熱情周到，有求必應。這是很滿意的住宿經歷。

外出旅遊住宿最怕遇見噪音房，中途有一天預訂了中山廣場附近的酒店，臨近馬路，川流不息的過車聲無法接受，果斷退了預訂又回到了這裏，連住了四天。。位置很好，離星海廣場，森林動物園，大連自然博物館，金沙銀沙灘，付家莊海灘都不遠，公交車直達。
