房東老弟人很好，沒有出站口就主動聯繫告訴我們怎麼坐地鐵省錢又方便，一到大連就感受到大連人的熱情。出了星海廣場地鐵站就是民宿，離跨海大橋也很近，出行真的很方便。住的也很舒心，每天出去玩夠了，回來睡在寬敞舒適的房間非常開心，下次來大連還會再來！

房間很乾凈，房東熱情，在卧室裏就能看見星海廣場和整個音樂噴泉，下樓步行五分鐘就到星海廣場，晚上夜景很美，星海廣場人超級多，樓下吃飯、生活購物相當方便，有羅森便利店、大型超市等，最值得推薦的是民宿樓門口就是星海廣場地鐵站A口，直梯上來走15米就進樓了，出門去哪裡都跟方便👍👍👍

位於星海廣場西北，在樓上可俯瞰音樂噴泉，位置相當便利，樓下一條街都是便利市、飯店、水果攤；房東臨時給升級了一間海景房，可惜熱水器不好用了，房東給予了補償，第二天就換新了。

離星海廣場很近，步行即可到達，緊挨地鐵口，交通方便。缺點就是廚房和衞生間捱得太近，做飯和上廁所很尷尬。

位置非常好樓下星海廣場，樓下地鐵站真的很方便，房間大能看到星海廣場還能看音樂噴泉、#隔音好睡得很安穩 #民宿讓人有種像家的温馨 #房間沒有異味 #垃圾會及時清理 #民宿地理位置很好

作為大連熱門地區，星海廣場跟前這所房子位置挺好，下樓不遠就是廣場邊了，到廣場最南端去看了夜晚的燈光秀，依託着跨海大橋展現絢麗的燈光變幻配上震撼的音樂，滿足感陡增。

總得來説服務很熱情，有問必答，還介紹了附近的玩的地方。就是房子和照片裏差距挺大的，房間的裝修，佈置，設備都沒有那麼好，綠植更是沒有，而且衞生間味道比較大，不太舒適位置很棒，離星海廣場很近，地鐵站也很近，樓下超市，飯店也很多，很實惠電熱水器，電梯需要刷卡，電子密碼進門。沒有一次性拖鞋，有牙具，有塑料拖鞋，空調製冷不錯，網速也還行
