오피스텔식 아파트 인데 시설도 깨끗하고 온수도 펑펑 잘 나오고 동방수성에서 가깝구요 지하철이나 버스로 이동 하기 좋아요

服務：貼心房間乾淨整潔，對面就是音樂噴泉，距離威尼斯水城不遠，海邊也近，可以喂喂海鷗，拍照好看。房間的衞生乾淨整潔，床品也舒服，真的不需要用現在的一次性的，洗漱用品質量很好，可以放心使用，點贊👍還會繼續住的。

環境無可挑剔了 在東港新建的高檔酒店式公寓 裡頭 房間超級大 裏面有吧枱和廚房 房間裏裝修和傢俱都是全新的 牆壁上也是貼了牆磚 所以視覺上都是很新麼感覺 唯一一點就是不提供早餐 但周圍外賣很多 所以也不影響 總的這個價格真的是感覺超值了

房間很大，特別舒服，打開窗簾就是海景，每天晚上都有噴泉，步行五分鐘就能走到，坐在飄窗旁還能喝個茶，看看海景和夜景，公交地鐵都離的很近，周邊還很靜，衞生間還有洗衣機，可以解除衣服洗了不乾的顧慮。

酒店位置算是新城區吧，樓很新環境很好，前台小姐姐還挺負責的，加了前台管家微信回覆都很快，就是房間衹有一張房卡且不能告知門密碼，兩個人住有點不大方便。樓下就是東港廣場噴泉很美，a1海景房是衹能看到一小段海港碼頭，開始以為這衹是一個編號，其實a1代表是a1座，前台在a2座。定這個房間的小夥伴們去辦入住的時候是得先去a2辦理入住再下樓去旁邊a1入住。退房的時候就不用過去了，跟他們説下房卡給他們留下就行了。房間床很軟，枕頭很適合我很舒服，乾淨衞生。飄窗做的比較温馨。

拉開窗簾就可以直接看見東港 前台姐姐服務態度特別好
位置也超級好找 就是愛睡懶覺所以一直沒有看到海上日出 能跟希爾頓開在一起 位置絕對差不了 屋子裡也有洗衣機超級方便

酒店的地理位置得天獨厚，對面就是大連會議中心，和富力中心近在咫尺（圖八）酒店內部設施齊全、乾淨整潔、房間寬敞明亮、視野開闊，有阿姨每天打掃。在酒店室內就可以看日出、大海、船來船往，步行5-10分鐘可以到達海邊，看看海鷗和音樂噴泉，海上威尼斯也目之所及，總之性價比非常高，所以續住多晚了，也推薦給了朋友們！下次再來還會選擇這裏的！

本次入住體驗較差，首先淋浴噴頭壞了，呲呲冒水，而且淋浴間浴霸和暖風也是壞的，大冬天的凍夠嗆！其次，前台一開始説這個房剛退房，還沒打掃收拾，讓等一個小時，否則就加20元。我堅持到房間等。實際到房間一看，頭一晚根本就沒有人住，早就打掃完衞生了。懂得都懂，都是套路！本來拍了個淋浴的視頻，不能上傳，上傳截圖吧，建議商家改進！
