這次入住體驗真的拉滿了！服務，衞生，佈置真是不像這個價位的房間，入住非常舒適和放鬆。
房間設計簡潔，配套設施很齊全，客廳投影很棒，體驗感不輸影院效果，客廳和兩個房間分別有一個空調，温度適宜。
地理位置也很方便，臨近地鐵二號線，去哪裡都很方便，無需換乘。離海之韻很近，方便看日出，也方便去東港威尼斯水城。
最主要的是我覺得服務很好 房東小哥哥人很好，有什麼需求都及時給解決，也會給我們推薦大連的旅遊攻略，收藏已經點上，下次再來大連我一定還去。

真的是臟兮兮的，一進門地上黏糊糊的！地毯上的煙灰也不打掃！滿地都是碎渣！香皂液不擦一下！最起碼的梳子都沒有！浴巾也是衹有一條！

這個民宿真的很愛了！！！設施齊全，房間整潔寬敞，落地窗，衞生間乾濕分離，電視很大還可以K歌，贊👍🏻性價比真的很高了，而且小區環境真的很棒。不過建議

房間衞生打掃的很乾凈 裝修風格很棒 配套的設施齊全
交通便利 距離地鐵口很近 入住指引寫的清晰 安保做的不錯 乘坐電梯都需要刷卡 需要先去超市拿門卡 辦理完入住會發一個入户門卡和房間門卡 整體體驗下來很滿

在地鐵2號線附近，可以在窗户看到海！！雖然衹能看到一點點哈哈！房間很乾凈，一應俱全，還能做飯！大連很多好吃的，尤其是品海樓，松雲居！公寓整個小區的環境都不錯滴，老闆也很熱情！（˵¯͒〰¯͒˵）推薦各位姐妹入住！沖！沖！沖！

不知道這個好星⭐是哪裡來的，本是訂了四晚的房間住兩晚找平台退掉，第一晚入住就自己把地板衞生做一遍，水也很小，跟店家反應衞生不乾淨，結果第二天出門回來還是老樣衞生沒做房間垃圾也沒有清理 補給的東西也沒有給到位 真的是沒有住過這樣的房間
