The room was very big and very clean. Beds were comfortable. Heating was a little weak so room never got really warm. Wouldn't be a problem in the summer though. Service was pretty friendly and efficient. Breakfast was good but no western choices. The only major problem we had was we ended up with noisy guests beside us on the second day who woke us up at 6 in the morning. The hotel wasn't busy. Maybe next time they can spread the guests out a little

Civil Aviation Hotel is a business hotel with high cost performance. The facilities and services should be relatively high in the same price. We are traveling as a family. Although the facilities are a bit old, it doesn't affect the staying effect at all. The service staff at the front desk were also very enthusiastic. Seeing us with our children, they even gave Dalian specialty candy as a gift. Although it was not an expensive gift, it was very warm. The breakfast is at the Japanese restaurant on the top floor of the hotel. There are not many types, but the taste is very good, and it is better than the breakfast in other similar hotels. First of all, what I like most is the location. It is only 5 meters away from the exit of Qingniwa Metro Station. It is super close and just one intersection from the bus station. You can take the bus directly to Dalian Forest Zoo. Secondly, it is surrounded by shopping malls, including Pavilion. , New Mart, Dalian Shopping Mall, McDonald's, KFC, etc., it is incomparably close for shopping; thirdly, the loft has three beds, one for each person without interfering with each other, and there are two toilets and a shower room, with wet and dry separation, close In September, it was only 620 yuan/night, which was a great deal; fourth, the breakfast was quite rich, but the coffee was a bit weak. All in all, it is a hotel worth recommending. Although it is close to the main road and the sound insulation is poor, the overall cost performance is very high. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding and bathroom towels had the smell of pulp washing and drying, very at ease, the desktop was dust-free, the room service staff was in place, the front desk staff was warm and the tone was gentle, the hotel price was very high, and the location was very close to Dalian attractions. This Atour restaurant is very convenient to go everywhere, and there are many restaurants nearby. You can wash your own clothes in the hotel. There is a big business nearby which is very convenient for eating. If you order takeout, a small robot will deliver it to you. The most surprising thing is that there is a midnight snack at 9:30 in the evening. It is simple but enough and warm. If you have any special needs, no matter which staff is there, they are very enthusiastic and helpful. I really feel very comfortable living here~

I've stayed at this location multiple times. It is a good location and I enjoy the house band in the pub (located in the basement). The Kempeski is definitely showing its ago, however. The marblework in the bathroom is cracked and some of the flooring is stained. The public bathroom (to the right of the lobby) is in desperate need of a makeover, i.e. recaulk the edges of the lavatory and do a deep steam cleaning of all tile. Breakfast was superb and the wait staff was doing a great job turning tables around for the next customers. I would probably stay again, but only if the prices are reduced.

I can safely say Intercontinental is one of the best hotels in Dalian after having stayed in many Dalian hotels. For starters we got a room upgrade and early check in and late check out. The hotel also gave us complimentary coffee and fruit soon after checking in. The room was clean, comfortable, modern and had a gorgeous city view. The amenities were satisfactory and their Breakfast buffet had a wide range of Western and Chinese cuisine to choose from. Special thanks to Jason from the fitness centre and Winnie and Kevin from the front desk for their excellent service they especially made sure our stay was enjoyable. The only downside is that I think the Chinese restaurant staff could use some training the service there was the least professional but in my opinion it didn't takeaway from the overall experience.
