The hotel is clean with big rooms. It's close to the railway station and it's a great stop if you need to transfer to other cities via Dali. The shower was amazing. The breakfast was also good with a great selection of western and Chinese food. The coffee here was bomb! Though the staff speaks no English, they were friendly and helpful. The delivery robot was so cool. The hotel has a self-service laundry facility which was great because we had dirty clothes from traveling around Yunnan. This place is a great value for money.

He came to pick us up when we arrived, and even drove us to the car when we left. We have flower cakes, we have an extra bed and an extra breakfast for us! Children especially like to play with water, so after choosing this place for a long time, they decided on this one. The water in the pool is filled by themselves, it is hot and clean! Thank you to Brian, Jeanne and the team, including Shirley who gave us a warm welcome and a wonderful stay. The Linden Center in Xizhou is a fascinating and wonderful place to visit and stay. Learn about the history of the house and local area. The rooms are very comfortable, clean and tastefully decorated. The food is excellent, choose to eat on the restaurant, the relaxing bar or the gorgeous terrace overlooking the green paddy fields and mountains. Take the morning market tour and be guided around Xizhou with it’s beautiful architecture and friendly people. We actually didn’t go very far this trip as we just enjoyed relaxing in the linden center courtyards, our kids also especially enjoyed the playroom. We absolutely loved our stay and will be back to visit the other Linden Centers.

Absolutely beautiful hotel, directed heavily to Chinese customers. The service was very very nice, and they helped me with everything I needed and were extremely nice and polite, always smiling which is something I don't see here often. The views from the room were incredible, everything was very clean and the hihh tea was very nice.. Some things I would improve, breakfast... I definetely not up to the price. And I was quite surprised by the amount of people taking photos, if I wouldn't have booked a room with private view and terrace I wouldn't have been really annoyed by the people having photoshoot at all times ruining the view. But that doesn't take from the experience and I would absolutely recommend this hotel.

The courtyard like a classical garden, the antique Bai traditional architecture, the ”four-in-five patio” layout of the horse-drawn corner building, and the enthusiastic boss and waiter, it is a dream to return to the ancient inn! The facilities in the room are also very complete, and it is still a smart toilet, which also surprised me. Not only lived comfortably, but after a day of playing, I took a break on the pavilion wooden chair in this courtyard, and it was very pleasant to chat with friends!
