Excellent hospitality with very clean rooms, and comfortable bed. My room had the view of the lake and I woke up with such a stunning view from my bed. On arrival, they can offer pick up service from train or airport. And also access to building is with secure key card. I love that there is washing machine and a lovely dining area. There are fruits and tea for all in common area if you like. The night we stayed there was also warm milk for supper if you wish. Room has a drying rack and can be light switches are really cool with track lighting in the room. Breakfast was simple set meal but you can top up whichever condiments you like. Soy milk is nice and warm. When I checked out, I was handed a nice small speciality box of local tea! As a souvenir. How thoughtful!

This villa is located at the middle of the hill side where you can view the scenery Er Hai especially the top floor. Booked a room that is located at the ground floor. Big and spacious room for the Family Friendly room. Had a free upgrade with a better view of scenery of the Er Hai but had to climb up the stairs. So stick back to my booking. Their services is top notch. Before I arrive they make sure that I was being picked up. I used their recommended driver for 1 day tour around the whole of Dali. Daily breakfast was done at the timing that you wanted to have. Their afternoon tea snack has a variety of snacks to choose to. As we could not link to their local take away food delivery, they helped us, recommend the food. Mini fridge all the drinks you can drink and they replaced it daily. Their view and location is easily accessible by Didi. If coming back to Dali, I will come back and stay again.

Very satisfied with the two-day stay! The B&B is located in the Erhai Park half-mountain villa complex, quiet in the bustling city, facing Cangshan Mountain and Erhai Lake, and truly achieved the experience of lying down and enjoying the beautiful scenery. The proprietress was very enthusiastic and took the initiative to explain the changes in Dali City. I learned a lot. The other staff were also very nice. It is a B&B that makes people feel warm and comfortable! The breakfast is also very rich, especially the rice noodles are delicious! It is a place that I will choose unconditionally next time I come to Dali. I highly recommend it~

I travel with my husband and 2 kids (17 y.o and 14 y.o). We really enjoy stay at this hotel. The hotel, especially the room is so clean, very comfortable and modern. The location also quite and view from our room is superb, facing Erhai Lake. Service also very good, we couldn’t catch tea time but they offer to deliver to our room once we come back to hotel. Everything is amazing about this hotel.

This boutique hotel is located in a quiet and upscale neighborhood. All rooms have a large balcony with panoramic views of the Erhai Lake and Dali city. The amenities are excellent. Rooms are very clean and beautifully furnished with a modern touch. They offer a set menu of breakfast with two options: Chinese or western. Both are delicious. One can order additional portions of anything on the menu for free. The breakfast comes with multiple coffee options. There is an on-site restaurant offering delicious Thai style food for lunch and dinner. Staff members are super friendly and helpful. They offer free airport or train station pickup and drop offs. Also help guests arrange rental cars, photography sessions, etc. They helped us hire a car and driver, which was an excellent way to do a day-trip around the Erhai Lake. One thing to note is that I speak Chinese and I’m handy with using Chinese ride hailing apps. Since the hotel is located on the top of a hill, I would recommend taking a taxi or hail a ride going back (there is a shortcut going down the hill to the lake front). My family stayed for five nights at Aranya and very much enjoyed it. Would definitely want to stay there again on our next trip to Dali. The room is very good, with an unbeatable view. But there are some safety risks for children staying here, so it is suitable for couples. The bathroom and toilet are transparent, and it is a bit inconvenient because we brought my mother and my husband. My husband had to take a bath on the balcony. The room also has a bathtub, which the kids love. In the end, they didn't want to go to Erhai Lake and just played in the hotel. There is also a cute cat at home, which is super well-behaved. It is a domineering and majestic tabby, but it has short legs. Recommended to stay here, it is very worthwhile.

Firstly, the location is excellent. The area around the old town can get quite congested, but being on Lakeside Avenue is much better. Plus, there are plenty of dining and accommodation options nearby, making it super convenient. Secondly, the room views are absolutely stunning! The rooms themselves are tastefully designed, and as soon as you open the door, you're greeted by a beautiful vista. Thirdly, both the room facilities and cleanliness were impeccable. Fourthly, the soundproofing in the rooms is excellent; even late at night, you can't hear any noise from the neighboring rooms. Fifthly, the food at the ground floor restaurant is delicious. The breakfast spread is particularly rich, with tasty options like rice noodles and Erkuai. Dinner was also quite good and reasonably priced, offering excellent value for money. I highly recommend this hotel and would absolutely choose to stay here again on my next visit.

Cons: 1. Poor Wi-Fi and data coverage. 2. I booked a 270-degree ocean view room, but one side faced a residential building, and most of that side was occupied by a TV. The room amenities were average, and there was no computer desk. 3. The hotel's exterior looked like it had been converted from a residential building. 4. Due to the large number of guests, there were not enough elevators, and waits were long. 5. The robot that delivered my belongings was broken during my stay, and if it was too crowded, I would have to wait in line for 40 minutes, and then take the elevator downstairs to get my belongings. 6. The hotel's handling of guests' personal belongings was unprofessional. I left my belongings with the courier upon checkout and left a message, but the staff couldn't find them at first and even pulled out a bunch of luggage that didn't belong to me for the courier to retrieve. 7. The elevator was very difficult to wait for during peak evening check-in times. I suspect this is a tour group hotel, so I wouldn't recommend it for solo travelers. Pros: 1. The room was quite large. 2. The view from the top floor was great. 3. Once, when I couldn't get takeout downstairs, the staff brought it to me. 4. Fruit and milk were provided during my stay. Summary: Poor facilities, but okay service.

Beautifully designed hotel with excellent high level views of Erhai. The room interiors are also toddler friendly - the bedside tables have chamfered edges (no sharp corners). They gave a super cute Pullman giraffe plushie too that was very good quality. Kid loved it so so much. More on the room tho. Really beautiful, very relaxing. Really nice seating area in front of the windows, I didn't want to check out. I didn't even want to leave the room during the stay. Breakfast buffet spread was also very delicious. Ate two bowls from the noodle bar and a bit of everything else in one sitting.

This stay at PROS Punos Hotel is really a surprise! As a frequent traveler, the most important thing is the convenience of transportation. This hotel is 8 minutes walk from the high-speed rail station. There is no pressure to drag the suitcase. It saves the anxiety of traffic jams when catching the early high-speed rail. This must be given full marks! In fact, the hotel has a drop-off service, I choose to walk around. The lobby lounge area is particularly comfortable It is worth mentioning that their afternoon tea, exquisite desserts with freshly ground coffee, sit in the sun area of the lobby and enjoy slowly, it is a small blessing on the journey. The rooms are soundproofed, the bedding is soft and skin-friendly, and even the shower water pressure is just right. Whether it is business travel or family travel, PROS Punos Hotel can be perfect. I will definitely choose here next time I come to this city!
