酒店工作人員服務很好，到了之後會有茶水，還有酸奶!還會遞消毒毛巾擦手，會挨個房間送銀耳湯，會幫忙拿行李。房間全屋智能，馬桶是恆温智能馬桶，房間衞生很乾凈，自助早餐挺不錯。離大理站近，去雞足山很方便。那佳酒店工作人員的服務在大理下關應該排第一名了，必須支持⬆️如實評價，有什麼不滿意的還請接下來入住的客人諒解呢。

超級滿意，從保安到前台到收拾房間的阿姨，都超級熱情親切友好，車子停進停車場開始，幫忙搬運行李包袋，礦泉水無限量提供，早餐提供到中午，房間乾淨整潔，笑臉相迎到今天早上離開停車場，非常舒服的體驗，周邊吃飯的地方也很多，會推薦給朋友

已經決定續住了，老闆免費給我們升級了房間，服務滿分，早餐的熱菜每天都不一樣，如果早餐加點糕點就更完美了。老闆大氣，礦泉水，水果，小吃不限量供應，比很多五星級酒店都好。大理特別適合自駕或者租車，有車的話住這裏真的是性價比超高。

旅遊住過很多五星酒店，但是這家酒店的服務遠超很多五星酒店，工作人員禮貌又熱情，每天都是笑容滿面，貼心幫忙洗衣服烘衣服送回房間，瓶裝水都是大方放在走廊隨便拿，自助早餐也是專門飲料冰箱，隨便拿，很多酒店做不到的，早餐豐富！無敵推薦！如果再來大理，還會選擇你們酒店！老闆加他們工資！！哈哈

在大理待三天，在攜程上選了很久選的這家，是整個行程性價比服務都最好的:第一次入住送了酸奶和大寶;每每遇到工作人員都會主動給客人問好，入住都很熱情的幫客人拿行李;大理下雪了，出去還有工作人員趕忙遞傘，兒子玩雪把衣服弄濕了，幫忙 烘乾並且晚上回酒店都已經用袋子裝好放在房間裏;早餐很豐盛，時間是從7點到12點半，離店不趕時間可以吃個午飯;停車場的師傅人很好，幫忙拿行李又停車。住這個酒店真的很感動！

這個酒店就是個寶藏酒店，來大理之前找了很久的酒店，看這家高分抱着試試態度，結果來住了後太滿意了，早餐供應到12點半，直接可以中午飯了，這一點在所有酒店中都難找吧，前台接待服務超好，值班經理也超好，幫我們把衣服收走進行清洗第二天幫我們送過來，比家人都好，攜程應該多找點這樣的酒店就好了

服務：酒店工作人員的服務真的超五星，提前聯繫，並準備好迎賓茶點（茶水、銀耳湯、酸奶），伴手禮（洗衣液、耳塞、消毒濕巾、牙線、漱口水、口罩），每一位服務員非常熱情，主動幫忙拿行李到房間，我們長者比較多，一直叮囑注意安全，有什麼需要隨時告知他們，能夠感受到他們的熱情和服務是真誠發自內心的，全家人都非常滿意👍
環境：酒店很乾凈，搭理的非常整潔，幫我們一起拿行李上樓的保安師傅看到其他門口有外賣垃圾，馬上就收拾扔垃圾桶。
設施：酒店智能化操作，特別方便。
這家酒店的服務完全讓我們來旅遊的外地人體會到了暖心，貼心，再到大理，必須是首選入住
Ps:酒店早餐必須100%好評，自助總類豐富，時間從7:30—12:30，米線一絕（配上他們高湯熬製的臊子，香慘了）咖啡也是現磨，體驗感up。性價比天花板了，旅遊，商務首選！
