We had such an amazing experience! This hotel is great, it really shocked us with the amazing service, hygeine, and the absolutely stunning view! You get free drinks such as water, fizzy drinks, tea and coffee, and even yoghurt. Every morning there is a breakfast buffet on the top floor that offers both dishes from China and other countries such as England. The service is also really good, they will give you anything you need. Also, the view from the window is jaw-dropping! Definitely recommend coming!

Simply amazing! I’ve never had any hotel call me in seconds of having booked a room to verify my details of arrival so as to arrange VIP pick up. Courtesy fruit, courtesy night dessert, 24h courtesy noodles, courtesy pick up and drop off, courtesy everything!
I’ve been left speechless with the outstanding service and attention to detail. If you’re staying in Dali and wish to be near the city and old town while having the most spectacular views and living spaces of Erhai Lake, then don’t think twice and book this place!
Huge thanks to the staff for their professionalism and friendliness.

Booked a 3 bedroom hotel cum residence apartment for 5 adults and 2 toddlers. Location was fantastic, in the middle of restaurants and facing Erhai Lake. The 2 of the bedrooms had an enquire bathroom with bathtub. The last had a basic toilet right beside the room. Well equipped with amenities, including full kitchenette (although there were no cutlery provided), a small backyard to wash & hang dry clothes, huge dinning and living space.
Hotel staffs were also very friendly and helpful. We arrived Dali by train, and the hotel arranged for a 9 seater vehicle to pick us. The hotel breakfast buffet was also a spread, we truly enjoyed our time here. A pity was we visited around early April and the wind was really huge and chilly so we couldn't spend much time in the balcony.
Other than that, everything else was great! Highly recommend to big groups who wants to stay together.
Also do note to get the wechat contact of the hotel via trip.com. much easier for communication.

Very spacious apartment and close to restaurants and coffee shops. Fantastic view from our living room and the master bedroom. We got upgrade when we check in and family is very happy with the stay.

It was the first time we stayed at homestay. We had been a bit apprehensive but were pleasantly surprised. The apartment is spacious with a big balcony. The view is spectacular. The staff were friendly and attentive but in the meantime respected our privacy. Breakfast was good, with a homely touch. The pick-up and drop-off service was definitely gratefully received with an elderly parent traveling with us.
A big thank-you to the staff and drivers!

A very large room with a great location, perfect for family trips. You can also watch the sunrise over Cangshan Mountain from the room~ The front desk lady is also very nice, breakfast and supper arrive on time in the room, the service is very good👍🏻
