服務可以滿分管家回覆非常及時服務周到主動幫忙拿行李等每天除了早餐下午有點心晚上有甜湯太豐盛了訂的星雲房房間相當大帶着倆小朋友東西完全放的開景色也相當漂亮可以看到海還有個專屬露台可惜沒起床不然想看看是不是適合看日出

I travel with my husband and 2 kids (17 y.o and 14 y.o). We really enjoy stay at this hotel. The hotel, especially the room is so clean, very comfortable and modern. The location also quite and view from our room is superb, facing Erhai Lake. Service also very good, we couldn’t catch tea time but they offer to deliver to our room once we come back to hotel. Everything is amazing about this hotel.
