這篇來測評下酒店的服務，前台總有人，這點確實方便，但服務態度就一言難盡，前台姑娘總是拉個臉，我想着上班不易就多體諒她，我每次都對她熱情洋溢，但她還是拉個臉，有一次辦完續住時，前台説寫好評發紅包，我當時沒答應她，衹説我知道了，隨後我就轉頭要出門去，然後就聽見前台發出“切-”，這是惱羞成怒了。我沒答應寫好評是因為還沒住完，住完才能全面評價，況且好評返現屬不正當競爭行為，住客評價必須真實客觀，所以我不能答應。本來我對酒店印象還不錯，也可以不在意前台好評返現的話術，聽聽就算了，但前台這態度着實沒法接受，客户沒答應好評就被無禮蛐蛐，那客户是必須答應麼？前台還是紮紮實實把服務提高上去，比什麼紅包都強。
