Tiancheng Hotel

We booked a standard twin room through Ctrip, but when we arrived we were told that it was fully booked. We were stunned. After negotiation we arranged for another hotel nearby, but the environment was very bad and no one had stayed there for a long time.

For a family trip, I booked 3 rooms online (because the check-in time was too late and I had to go out for fun, I didn’t cancel the reservation). None of the rooms were satisfactory! The sheets had not been changed, the bathroom had a strange smell, and there were nameless bugs* on the wall. It was so disgusting! There are a lot of long and short hairs on the ground, and they get ****** into the slippers whenever I walk! The most unbearable thing was that there was poop in the toilet pit and was not flushed. Because the elder was the first to go to the toilet and told him about it after he came out, so there are no pictures! I colluded with the boss and asked for it to be cleaned again. When I came back, it was not cleaned (it was almost 2 o'clock in the morning when I came back). I just sprayed some perfume on the bathroom and the sheets were not changed! Speechless! The basic sanitary conditions of the accommodation are not good. I remind everyone to check the sanitary conditions before booking a room. The boss is very nice. I had a very heavy suitcase and lived on the fifth floor, and they helped me carry it up. The stay experience was good and worth the money.

Poor facilities, no service, low prices and no integrity.
