老闆人很好，待人熱情好客，早上也幫我們熱東西，客棧環境乾淨衞生，地理位置好，離洱海比較近，周圍吃的也很多

10月3日晚上臨時選的一家可以帶寵物的住宿，晚上10點到，次日早上9點離開。離開後，還鑰匙給店家，還特意給店家指了一下自己住的哪間房，店家説好，就讓我們離開了。離開大概一個小時，店家就開始打電話給我，説我那間房毛巾浴巾不在了，是我拿走的！然後公共區域的椅子壞了，是我家狗子弄壞，她家椅子一套一千多，直言自己不可能吃啞巴虧，態度非常強硬且惡劣。我解釋説，我進房間就沒毛巾和浴巾，我都是用自己帶的一次性毛巾，店家執意表示跟她沒關係，就是我拿的！然後我説我都沒在公共區域待過，你覺得是就把證據拿出來，但店家執意説就是我，因為椅子在我住的那間房對着的外面走廊。店家説有監控，我就説先看監控，拿到證據再來質問我。第一次問，店家説忙沒空看；第二次問，又説沒在店裡。沒辦法，衹能請求平台介入，平台聯繫店家，店家又説監控壞了。沒辦法，衹能又投訴到“遊雲南”官方app（官方處理效率真的太高了！次日就去現場查閲了）直到今天，店家才把監控修好！然後去哪兒客服回覆我，監控證實不是我，終於徹底還我清白了！遇到這種店家，真的太無語了！大家選擇這家住宿的時候，務必三思！嚴重影響心情，還要被誹謗！

雙廊道路天天堵，住宿價格高 條件很差 價格浮動很大 ，沒有必要不要來了。350元的房間沒有空調、浴室沒有乾濕分離，熱水放了5分鐘才出。在農貿市場買水果當地人看到遊客隨意加價，太坑了。
