Beautifully designed hotel in a village not too far from the main road to Dali. Service kind and professional - arranged breakfast early on departure day. Staff also made a good effort to minimise disruption due to a large party. Highly recommended.

The environment is great, but the service is insufficient. There is a butler who has formed a group chat for better service. However, when entering the door, someone helped with the luggage, but when checking out, no one cared at all. It was very exciting and it was the first time I saw it.
