Friendly and helpful staff. Always greet guests when they see them. Room was big and comfortable with seaview. Hotel is located in a condo but very easy to find when booking didi or using gps. Many food options near the hotel.

The service was incredible. Everyone went out of their way to help me and make my trip as relaxing and fun as possible. Everything available was included in the price. They had a lovely selection of drinks and food available at all times. The room is so beautiful and the view is phenomenal. Breakfast was also delicious. Very close to the railway station. Tourist destinations are a little far.

This was the perfect stay for my first day in Dali. The service is impeccable - I was greeted at the entrance to the building when I arrived and when I left, and I got a room upgrade because it was available. The staff is super nice, caring, always happy to answer questions and help with travel plans.
The view is just as shown in the pictures and better- I lived in waking up to the sunset and watching the sunrise at night. I also enjoyed a bubble bath in the large tub in the room while watching TV. Another thing I’ll call out is the fancy shower which was unexpected.

We communicate through WeChat with the host prior to the stay and he kindly kindly helped to arrange a pick up from the railway station upon our arrival. He then waited to welcomed us at the drop-off point and assisted with our luggages. We were grateful that we got a free upgrade and upon entering the room, we were blown away by the scenic view of erhai lake! Even though the room is located in a condo apartment area, we had no problems putting a pin on the location when booking didi or *******. The bathroom/toilet amenities were one of the best that we’ve enjoyed throughout the trip as it not only comes with a huge bathtub (which was more than enough for 2 adults to enjoy together), but it also has modern furnishings such as automated bidet, massage spa shower, towel dryer rack and also disposables toiletries and towels 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

The Qianyu Sea Resort Hotel has beautiful views of the Erhai lake and the city surrounding it! The room was comfortable and clean and the bathtub and balcony was the best part of the hotel. The location is not great, in terms of things to do within walking distance and going anywhere requires a taxi unfortunately. That being said, the hotel is situated between Dali Ancient city and Shuanglang, so that is a plus, if you want to visit both, but not stay in either place. The staff was helpful and friendly and if you want a relaxing place to stay, it's a good choice for sure!

I highly recommended QianYu Seaview hotel if you are visiting Dali especially on the east side of Dali. Hotel located in the prefect location in Dali town, ＜10 mins away from Dali train station. Our room is facing the sea. So we literally woke up with sea view right in front of you. Room is very spacious with big bathrooms with bathtubs and smart bidets. Bed is big and comfortable. Our room has a side bed right beside the big window, so we enjoyed staying on the bed to watch the sunrise and sunset. Staffs are very friendly and recommend us a lot of places to eat and visit. He also recommended us driver with reasonable price as it’s inconvenience to visit those attractions on ErHai East. He even arranged transport for us to Dali train Station. I would definitely give 6 stars instead of 5 stars if permitted!

This is a very nice and cosy little hotel with a fantastic view of the lake and a large public park beside it.
The staff is very helpful especially for arranging transport from the train station to the hotel.
The breakfast is also varied and sumptuous.

The view is nice and the stay is very comfortable. The housekeeper is very nice, gentle and patient. The breakfast is freshly made by the auntie, not a buffet, and it is delicious. Many small details in the hotel are better than those in chain hotels. The toilet is smart, the bathtub is cleaned very clean, and there are disposable bathtub masks and bubble bags, unlike some hotels that are just decorations. The toiletries are better than those in the hotel, and the disposable slippers are thicker than those in the hotel. There are also face towels and disposable bath towels. The washing machine will also be specially disinfected. There are many small details, and you can see that they are very attentive! More comfortable than staying in a hotel
